Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Roswell

I travel to Roswell at least twice a month on business and have for 15 plus years. This is my first time staying in this home and when I tell you I couldn’t have felt more at home…that’s an understatement! The home is beautifully decorated and has everything one needs to feel at home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking this home !!

House was cozy . Not clean . But comfortable was good for a quick stay . Neighbor are loud and they’re up all night lots of noise . You will hear the roosters on their back yard loud and early.

We had a great experience! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I rented this home for an extended stay (a month), and it was a perfect place to "set up shop" in Roswell. It is SO CLOSE to where I was working downtown that I walked there every day. It's also in a part of town with tons of restaurants, two gyms, the post office, a nice grocery store, all the amenities. The house itself was quite cozy - great king bed, nice linens, comfortable furniture, perfect lighting (esp in the bathroom - YES!). I'm not sure how to even use the thermostat (I didn't touch it), but it was always comfortable indoors when it was chilly or warm outside. This home had everything I needed for a month's stay. Luke and Marga are exceptional hosts - proactive, quick to respond, always answered any questions and above all CARING. They went above and beyond what I imagined AirBNB hosts would do. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

Tessa's home is beautiful and so welcoming. It felt like we were right at home. She had anything you could possibly think you would need on a trip and then some. I traveled with my grandparents who are disabled and they were able to get around with their mobility scooters just fine. Will definitely stay again next time, everything was perfect 👌

Upon arrival there were some cleanliness issues. This home was obviously a well cleaned home, just had not been cleaned correctly between the last guest and our arrival. I contacted Brenda and she immediately offered to allow us to stay in another property. We declined, and she came to the location immediately to fix the issue. She also gave us a great discount. I could tell she was horrified that her standard of clean had not been reached and she really did care about making it right. It’s great to have a stay with no issues, but issues will eventually happen at every property. How great to have someone like Brenda as a host when something does go wrong. She really couldn’t have dealt with it better. We will be returning to Brenda’s properties in the future. Her cottage was well thought out, comfortable with a luxury mattress and butter soft sheets, a high temp, high pressured private hot tub and a nice deep jetted bathtub. This property is a smaller one, but it was comfy.

Wow! I travel a lot for work, I’ve booked soooo many bnbs and Melissa is by far one of my most favorite hosts! She made it a point to create a personal connection rather than a simple text message. There was a slight problem (not her fault) and she immediately accommodated me and my team. If you are Traveling to the Roswell NM area I HIGHLY recommend you book one of her properties! Melissa, thank you so much for making me and my crew feel at home and welcomed. Every time we come through we plan to stay with you! Thank you for leaving such an impression on us! The house was very spacious and Karen was very communicative.

The coop was perfect for our family. I just love chickens and all the decor. Sitting on the back patio was peaceful. I’ll definitely look for the coop next time we’re in town.

Brenda’s place was perfect! She had everything that I needed for my stay. I felt safe at the location. Brenda was very quick to respond with all questions that I had. I would recommend this place and would stay again if I am ever visiting again!

Staying at Melissa’s place in Roswell while there for a two month clinical rotation was wonderful. It was close to the local hospitals, in a quiet, walkable/bike-able neighborhood and was close to stores. Melissa was so great and very quickly responded to any questions. She also gave several good recommendations for local dinning. If I had been able to bring my dog she has an excellent fenced in back yard area for dogs. Having full use of the garage was also nice to keep my vehicle out of the sun. I would stay again if back in Roswell!
