Charming country house on a 700-meter garden plot, with a natural stone pool, pergola, solar shower, located at the gates of a large public pine forest, five minutes by car and about 30 minutes walk from an extraordinary beach along a forest road through the pine forest. The surroundings are ideal for walking, it also has two equestrian centers very close, the beach for surfing and several golf courses less than 5 minutes away.

It is very close to the historic center and La Caleta beach. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and hospital. It is very safe and quiet. It has ample parking, free for a large car or four motorcycles. From 01-01-2026, only vehicles with at least a B card will be able to access the parking lot, and from 01-01-2027, only vehicles with a ZERO or ECO environmental card will be able to access the parking lot, or they will have to park in a nearby public parking lot.

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Close to the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.
