Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rota

Loved everything about this apartment. It was spacious with tall ceilings, yet very quiet — the perfect combination. The washer/dryer is a single-unit machine, which might be unfamiliar to some, but it worked just as expected. Host's recommendations were great! I wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Great apartment, clean, well presented - looked just like the photos. Very quiet, we appreciated the blinds as they kept the bedroom dark and quiet (in addition to the double glazed windows). The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It is in a central location and very easy walk to the Mercado, super markets and the water front. We had a lovely stay and Susana was very responsive from booking until checking out. Would definitely stay here again.

We ( 5 men) had booked this apartment so that we could visit the motoGP races in Jerez, it turned out even more beautiful than in the photos and the location is magnificent! In the square where it is cozily busy and you can enjoy a drink and a bite in the middle of the locals and where the children play sports. If you don't like this, you close the doors of the balcony and in the bedrooms you don't hear anything about it, very quiet while you are still in the middle of the city. Supermarket, restaurants and bars are within walking distance and the fresh market is also worth a visit. Questions we had were responded to immediately and more; we got extensive tips for good food and drinks, sights and also recommendations tailored to our stay, how to easily get to the circuit, where motorcycle lovers gather on weekends and what are the options to get there. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this stay!

Wonderful apartment, right in front of the beach, close to many restaurants and wineries. Very clean and fully equipped. The Host will always be available to help. On top of that, and without us knowing in advance, the Feria de la Manzanilla was taking place, right next to the apartment. Wonderful

Carlos and the others involved were very friendly and helpful. Unexpected problems and issues arose that were unrelated to both Carlos and us, and they were resolved by mutual agreement without any problems. The apartment is large, renovated and comfortable, and very centrally located, with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The only drawback is that since it is in the old town, the streets are narrow, some are pedestrian, and there is no convenient place to park the car, especially for loading and unloading luggage. The nearest public parking in Isaac Peral Square is horribly narrow. Luckily you can park "for free", if it wasn't for the "gorillas" all day asking, about 8-10 minutes walk. But as I said, the accommodation and host/s are a 10. Thank you very much!

Fantastic place right in the heart of Jerez and walking distance to local attractions. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Alberto was very responsive on questions and requests which we greatly appreciate. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back

Very nice apartment, everything was perfect. Francisco welcomed us very well with a smile. The quality of the equipment, in particular the superior bedding with extra cushions. everything was impeccably clean. The best part of the accommodation is the beach next door and all the shops, the city center is a 10-minute walk. The garage is a real plus. we will come back and thank you again for the welcome.

The house is a beauty, it is surrounded by nature, the pool super clean and warm for when you arrive from the beach and want to take a dip. Juaki is very friendly and friendly!! He lives next to the house and if you need something he gets it for you very quickly.

This is a great place to go with a friendly family and kids. It has all park, paddle court pool, ping-pong pool. The kids had a blast! Pablo, Juana and Chantal are an example of Andalusian hospitality. Super friendly, attentive, predisposed! Highly recommended!

The flat has three bedrooms, two toilets, and one air conditioner. Huge picture window facing the sea and the busy commercial square. Pros: 100 meters from the beach, 30 meters from bustling cafes, high-energy center of the neighborhood, tons of parking in off-season, both toilets open to the hallway for max flexibility, kitchen has good cooktop and many dishes, two dining tables for large groups, excellent management by Eva and Carlos. Cons: The flat faces directly at the busy commercial square, busy cafes 30 meters from your bedroom stay open until midnight, the neighborhood is bustling until after midnight, roads in this neighborhood are a magnet for noisy 50cc motorbikes with no silencer systems until 3am on busy nights, two bedrooms have no fans, no en-suite toilet, parking is jammed at peak season. Conclusion: Great for high-energy guests. If looking for quiet, try Eva's other listing further back in the neighborhood. I will 100% stay with Eva again.

A great apartment in a fantastic location. The bathroom is great, the washing machine worked well and the beds were comfortable. Yes, there are a few things that need a bit of paint or some DIY, but overall you’ve got a great view and are 5mins from some lovely bars, restaurants and a supermarket. We extended our stay by 1 night as we were enjoying it so much and we will definitely book again when we return to Rota. See you soon Jose!

This flat was super quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything in the historic centre is about 5-15 mins away walking. Very close to buses, train station, market, grocery stores, cafe/bars. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities of being at home. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt like it was our own place. The other tenants in the building are also super lovely people, a really nice community. Great value for money. Lots of space and comfortable to fully live in.

Our seven-day stay was great. The apartment is well located, (it's about 8 minutes' walk to the beach), the area is quiet and the surrounding area is pleasant. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and communication with Angela is easy. We highly recommend it.
