Walking to the Sunnegga Ski- station will take you 10mins, this is a small Studio approx 18m2, the fold down bed is of good quality and gives a comfy sleep.

It is a comfortable and generous studio of 36sqm perfect for 2 or cute and cosy for 4. Fully equipped and newly refurbished. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The main room has SMART TV (49 inches) and wireless internet connection. Please note there is 120 meter path/slope (approx 2minutes walking) from the road to the flat to access the flat.

Despite located in the building basement, it is bright and from the large window you can enjoy a surprising Matterhorn view. Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

Attention, during the off-season there is construction work happening in the surrounding area. - Gemütliches, helles Zimmer.  Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. In ruhiger Lage. Dorfzentrum, Bahnhof, Bus- und Skistation in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.  Achtung, in der Nebensaison wird in der Nachbarschaft gebaut.

Alpen Studio

Studio récemment rénové et entièrement équipé (cuisine, salle de bain) de 25m2 en plein cœur du village de Zermatt. Ce logement confortable se trouve au demi sous-sol d'un immeuble très calme du quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pieds). Notre logement n’a pas de vue directe sur le Matterhorn.

Im Sommer 2020 haben wir unser Studio renoviert. Es befindet sich an bester Lage ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt und der Gornergratbahn. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht über das Dorf. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein 1.80m Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen kleinen Esstisch. Fernseher mit Apple TV-Box (kein Kabelfernsehen!) & WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Haus sind ein Lift sowie ein Skiraum vorhanden.

Der Lift zur Sunneggabahn sowie das Ende der Talabfahrt sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bahnhofstrasse liegt in 10 Minuten Gehdistanz, Bahnhof und Kirche in 15 Minuten Gehdistanz.
