This property lies in the heart of the valley with plenty of outdoor experiences such as hunting, fishing, bird watching or simply taking a walk along the fence line to watch the bison. This can provide an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience. Summer is the peak calving time. Our bison calves are spunky and enjoyable to watch.

Custom- built Barndo at Old 27 Ranch (upper house)

This is a custom built loft house attached to horse barn over looking acres of rolling green pastures. This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books. Tree House

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Hello! We're a small town local MN family hoping to share our Maple Hideaway with others to make memories in. Nestled in acres of woods by a peaceful lake, this cabin contains plenty of amenities to have special moments with your family. Whether it be enjoying a game of cornhole while grilling a steak, taking the kayak out for fishing, or staying indoors next to the fire place! PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.
