Holiday rentals with beach access in Rotonda West

Everything was fantastic! Lisa and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. No complaints!

This was our second stay at this Airbnb, and we love it. Great location, spacious, and it has a well-stocked kitchen, as well as beach supplies for guests to use.

process was very simple to check in and check out. David was very polite , the place was very clean it was accommodating with basic supplies such as dishes silverware coffee maker even have some coffee , paper plates simple necessities, shampoo , conditioner some soaps , towels, chairs and cooler, floats for the beach that's within walking distance the neighborhood is beautiful, definitely a little piece of paradise I'll definitely come back.

This was our 2nd stay here. We absolutely love it! Can’t beat the beach and the sunsets. We will be back.

Natalie and David are great hosts! Very quick response time and very accomodating. Their condo is updated, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bridge to Manasota Key is about 5 minutes away. Blind Pass is less than 15 minutes but there is another beach 2 minutes from the bridge. Publix, 711, Aldi (coming soon), Taco Bell, McDonalds, Mama's Italian Restaurant (don't skip this place!), Starbucks, Marco's, Walmart, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and plenty more are all within a 5-7 minute drive. This is a prime location but set back from the main road so you aren't subjected to the sounds of traffic all day. The condo is in a quiet little complex with a big pool and lots of seating/umbrellas. The screened in porch at the condo is big with a table and plenty of seating and had a slider to the master suite. We loved spending our nights out there with snacks just enjoying the weather. David and Natalie's Palm Manor Home - highly recommend!

Great value, lovely views of the marina, great if you have a boat.

My daughter and I only stayed here for 1 night but found plenty within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops, and a 7-11 across the street. The pool and beach are a short walk around the block and down the street. The sunset on the beach was beautiful. Justin was very responsive and accommodating, as I had difficulty understanding the map and needed written instructions to the pool/beach area:)

We loved Joanna’s space! We had two kids (ages 4 and 6) and a 2 month old and it had everything we could possibly need! Joanna was responsive and proactive. The pool kept the kids entertained for hours!

We had a wonderful stay at Karolina’s beautifully decorated home in Rotonda West, Florida. The house was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was the private swimming pool and hot tub—both were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. Karolina was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. She clearly takes great pride in her property and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in the area!

We are frequent air b&b guests and this was one of the best places we have stayed at. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to beaches. Highly recommend!

It was the second time / year we stayed at this townhouse with our three kids all types of ages. The whole family loves the place: spacious, new, modern facilities, clean. It has a great area for cooking and have meal as a family and at the same time everyone can have the privacy they might need in 3 nice bedrooms. Great backyard with a lawn to sit outside, gas grill facility we used every night for dinner and a small sunroom to avoid mosquitos. Quiet location, away from the highway, almost no neighbors and a piece of wild jungles attached (empty lot with trees). In the working distance (just across the quiet street) you'll find 4 tennis courts (also used for pickleball), outdoor skating rink for rollerblading and basketball, a library with $10 fee for 3 months for kids to play and borrow books. Short driving distance to grocery shops: Publix, Walmart, Winn Dixie (now being converted to ALDI). Several beaches in 15 minutes drive time (Blind Pass is our favorite).

Maggie had provided a wonderful place to spend a vacation in Florida. Located in a very nice, quiet, and private location. Lots to do close by and only a short drive from nearby cities. Maggie was very helpful with providing instructions before arriving and before checkout, making sure we had a quick and easy process. I would absolutley recommend this home to anybody looking to stay in the area

Placida holds a special place in our hearts and Igor’s place absolutely met my high expectations for this vacation. I have little children so cleanliness is a must for me and this house was absolutely clean and the beds are VERY comfortable which is also high on my list. A bad bed, bad sleep, can literally make or break a trip and the beds were very comfy. We slept amazing! My children say the pool was the best part of their stay and it was awesome for me to have full vision on the pool inside the house and in the pool area. The location is perfect. We spent a lot of time on Boca but not being confined to the island is why we stayed off the island. The best Publix is literally across the street. We met the neighbors who have high regard for Igor. We didn’t use the kayaks (again little children stopped that) but loved that they were available. The house is fully stocked, all we needed was food. It was such a lovely stay.

This home was perfect! It was spotless, smelled warm and inviting, and had every amenity you could want. The pool was the icing on the cake!! I would highly recommend this location as we all truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return again!!

Leslie’s place is a PERFECT getaway! We had so much fun, this place is beautiful inside and out and has a ton of things to do. Very adult and kid friendly, I am pretty sure they thought of everything to add here no matter what the age is lol Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would ever need to prepare any meal! Bedrooms: darkening curtains that I LOVED and all the beds were very comfortable! Everyone has their own split ac unit so you’re not too cold or too hot while sleeping. It’s just absolutely perfect! Ok, that pool! Perfect temp, salt water pool was amazing! Plenty big enough for a family to swim. There’s a walk out area in the pool that’s perfect for kids to splash and play. Our 3 year old pretty much lived in that area until we had to leave, she loved it! There are also 2 large shade umbrellas that were perfect to keep the sun off of the littles while playing! Between the game room and the pool kept our 9 year old busy the entire time we were there! BOOK IT, its AMAZING

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

This unit had everything you needed for a beach trip. Chairs, umbrella, towels, beach buggie, fishing pole, tackle, beach toys, pickle ball, etc. The unit was perfect for my family. The pool is very nice, propane grills, picnic area, car wash, corn hole. Great location! My only complaint is that the window shades need to be darker to keep the sun out of the bedrooms but that is the only concern I had. I fixed this issue with a dark blanket. I highly recommend this unit and the owner is quick at responding and extremely helpful. 10 stars!

Dan’s place was wonderful! We will definitely be back! Dan thought of all the amenities that you could possibly need and some other things that made the place that much more enjoyable. The outdoor space off of the bay is great and the location is so close to the beach (also a very nice area), dinning, and a yummy ice cream shop across the street. The place was very clean and the bed was so comfy! We were able to meet Dan and he was so friendly and considerate! Having a beach umbrella and chairs was a game changer! I cannot recommend Dan’s place enough!
