House was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful. Bed linen all smelled like fresh laundry! Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood in a gold community. Maya was very responsive and courteous. Would definitely stay again

The house is very comfortable, very clean, and well situated. The night are very silent in the neighborhood and safe.

The host was vey accommodating and responsive. This is a great home in a great area. There were so many extras that we truly appreciated (bikes/scooters/cooler/chairs for beach etc.) My family uses Air BNB often and you rarely find these kind of extras. We hunted for shark teeth and visited many different beaches that were all so close to this home.

This was my family's second time staying here, and we've come to feel like it's our second home. We actually planned this trip according to the availability of this airbnb because we don't want to stay anywhere else! Everything is always squeaky clean, the pool is wonderful and we spend hours just sitting on the lanai reconnecting as a family. We really couldn't love it more.

WOW!! This home is beautiful! This was the first time that my husband and I stayed in an Airbnb in Florida and Mike's home did not disappoint! The place was much bigger than the 2 of us needed, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Everything was absolutely perfect!!

This "home' was an absolute gem for our family retreat! We stayed for a few days with my mom and my in-laws, and the setup was truly perfect. The modern, clean space was ideal for families, offering a peaceful environment with a beautiful pool and stunning waterfront access. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

It was great for the kids. It was like she said it was comfortable. It was set up to be child friendly, which means a lot to us.

We absolutely loved staying here for the week! There wasn’t one thing that we wanted or needed that wasn’t already in the house for us when we arrived. It was very clean, the furnishings were quite comfortable and the mattress in the master bedroom was amazing! We felt right at home. Anytime I had a question, Brian responded almost immediately and he made sure to check in to ask if there was anything he could’ve done better during our stay. It’s truly 10/10.

We had an awesome stay! The house is on a quiet street with no traffic and friendly neighbors. The inside of the house is spotless and there’s plenty of room for everyone. The appliances are all new and there are plenty of cookware and utensils. We spent most of our time relaxing in the pool area. It’s very peaceful and lots of wildlife to see in the back yard. There’s an outdoor cooking area and TV out there The house is located about 20 minutes away from Boca Grande and Englewood Beach. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

This is our 3rd year staying at this house and I am hoping to have many more. The screened lanai around the gorgeous, clean, heated pool and spa, the huge kitchen, the comfortable furniture, the quick response time if we need anything, all add up to make for a stellar place to stay. Rita and Brad's home was by far~ the BEST~ Airbnb we've ever had the pleasure to stay in! The kitchen ~ is a "cooks" kitchen! I loved using all the wonderful kitchens "extras" that were available to us! 😀 The house had everything we needed~along with comfortable beds and a fun the Tiki bar!!

Great property, everything was well taken care of and you have everything you could possibly need. Location was also very convenient.

This place was perfection! If you have kids, they will be in heaven! The pool was warm and many pool toys were provided. There were tons of sand and beach toys as well, which made for a fun trip! The kayaks were great and the location is wonderful. The surprise great part was Nick next door, who gave great recommendations and made us feel like part of the neighborhood. The house had a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, and plenty of amenities. I couldn’t recommend more, this is a must stay if you are in the area!

This place was beautiful yet simple. Decorated to make you feel at home. Everything you need to cook with. Everything we needed to take to the beach. The pool was the perfect size. The water was perfect. The pool guy was very friendly. The lanai was so nice to be outside with zero bugs. If we come back to this area next time, we are definitely booking this gem!!

This house was everything the description said and then some. It was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Location is great, close to food, restaurants.

We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 days. The house is simply amazing – everything is very clean and there is so much space. The little touches like coffee, snacks, and drinks were such a nice surprise! The pool and sauna are absolutely fantastic – we fully enjoyed them when the weather wasn’t ideal for the ocean. There are several beaches nearby, plenty of restaurants, and lots of things to do. We highly recommend this place for a getaway – everything you need is within reach! The hosts also provide a beach umbrella and chairs, which is an awesome bonus – no need to bring your own. Huge thanks for such outstanding hospitality! 1000/10

My stay at Michael’s house was amazing! My family and I felt right at home. The house was comfortable, inviting, and had such a positive vibe. The pool was perfect for the kiddos! The neighborhood is quiet. Micheal includes all of the little touches to make families comfortable with a kitchen that has all the appliances and cooking gear, a great pool area, beautiful backyard area, and super comfortable bedrooms! I would stay here again in a heart beat! We arrived late at night after delayed flights and Michael had the housekeeper turn the lights on for us and had fresh flowers on the table. Wonderful little touches!

Family trip to the area and Gail's place was phenomenal. From the day I booked the trip until we checked out Gail and Tony went above and beyond as a host. The house was beautiful and the pool/hot tub was just what we were looking for. Gail communicated with us daily and kept us in loop on a couple things for the house. Gail had some great recommendations for place to visit/things to do. we would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back to this place if we choose to travel to this area again. Thank you Gail and Tony for being such a wonderful host!

I live in miami so I know what beautiful beaches are, when I tell you that the beaches there are crystal clear water & temperature just right, I mean it! I was shocked to see they were better than miami ! I had a great stay for birthday at this home. It had everything I needed! My sister and best friend came by to sing happy birthday at a near by restaurant and go to the beach together and they fell in love with the location, it is so peaceful !! The home makes you feel right at home, it had lots of space for us the pool was just perfect ! The water temperature made you want to stay in the pool all day long it was perfect my kids enjoyed it so much ! I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday weekend at this location & home ! The host is very attentive and very helpful ! She found us the beach location and restaurant before we got there and she advised us to park right before our car got towed for being in grass. We had a fantastic stay at Alicja’s place for our annual golf trip! The home was spotless and very well maintained — clearly a lot of care goes into keeping it clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us: just a short drive to the beach and conveniently close to several great golf courses. It was the ideal spot for both relaxing and getting out for some fun activities. Highly recommend staying here, and we'd definitely come back again!
