Beds are comfortable with fresh linen. Extra blankets provided. Had the heat pump going for an hour and once turned off the place stayed warm and Cosy. Lots of towels available for use. Cafes are close.

Great spot! It's really close to the downtown area as well as some takeaway/fast food places in case you're in a hurry. The stay itself was great for the two of us. Host was also very responsive and let me know that I forgot my wallet before I was halfway to Auckland!! The only challenging part of this place is backing in and out of the lot, as there's no room to maneuver. Otherwise it was a nice, cozy spot.

Jade's place is a lovely option if you're staying in Rotorua. Quiet and just outside the town makes it relatively accessible via car. There is a really good bakery at the corner end of the street as well, which was a plus point for us! Jade even provides board games that can keep you entertain for a night in.

We had a great stay at Joan’s place! It was so nice coming back to the spacious lounge room after a long day and relaxing on the big, comfy couches whilst watching the TV. The bed was super comfortable as well! Would definitely stay at Joan’s again if we were to return to Rotorua.

A beautiful loft well appointed, cosy, stylish and in vogue with memorabilia of Lake Tarawera. Enjoyed the park like setting, my dog loved it & his basket plus doggy snacks. Enjoyed the eggs x

Leani's place was very warm and comforting. It just felt right for us as we were spending two nights at her property. It is beautiful made and well taken care off. She provided us some extra towels that we can take with us for our spa sessions. I felt that was really nice of her. Also the heated bed~ it was very much needed in this cold weather. The city was easily accessible too. My wife also enjoyed the start gazing at her backyard. Would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at this accommodation as it was right next door to the Rotorua International Stadium where our son was competing. Excellent location so close to everything. The place was beautiful and cosy. Amazing shower with great water pressure. Immaculately clean. Well presented. Comfortable bed and lovely linen. Louise was so lovely and came and met with us to make sure everything was fine which it was. Will definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend to everyone.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this lovely 2-bedroom unit in Rotorua. The place was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private outdoor spa was an absolute highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently located close to the city but still peaceful and quiet. The host was amazing—communication was clear, friendly, and timely, which made everything super easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Grants place wad as per expectation located centrally. It had cosy feeling and we had a great time. Will recommend to all.

The place is really accessible it's easy to reach from the airport. The place is quite the private. The owner is friendly and kind. Plus there are cats in the property which is nice. Only downside for me is the Wifi which is spotty.

We had a fantastic stay at Rose Apartments! The place is very nice, with a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and large bedrooms—all immaculately clean. Everything you need, want and more ! Peaceful and quiet. Everything was exactly as described. Very very well equipped. Far enough from Rotorua town to be peaceful and enjoy the environment, but close enough to enjoy the attractions.

Perfect stay of 3D 2N! Both Kate & David are friendly. When you are in Rotorua…this is the place anyone should stay! Their home are lovely. We missed Tia, their dog.
