I stayed at Mike and Annemarie's with my family and my sister and her family and we had the best stay. The place was large enough to fit all of us comfortably and it was exactly as described - very warm and very comfortable. The geo thermally heated pool was put to good use every day, even during rainy days, the kids enjoyed it immensely! Thank you so much, we will be back!

We had another great stay at this resort. We have stayed in other places managed by Nerida before. This three bedder is maybe getting a little tired decor wise… so just now that it is a Kiwi bach experience that your getting in a great location. Will definitely be keen to come again.

Fantastic accommodation and hosts. The house is lovely and well equipped. The back deck and pool area is amazing. Very secluded. The hosts were also very helpful at returning a couple of items left behind. Top accommodation.

What a beautiful home for a family getaway! It surpassed our expectations, and they were high. Sarah and Darren have thought of absolutely everything and it is all top quality and so comfortable. One of my aunties marvelled that her bed was so good, she woke up without the usual aches and pains. Located just up the road from the redwood forest and tree walk, and only a few minutes from town, yet private and quiet, it was a perfect escape. Now we want to stay again during summer to make the absolute most of the fabulous pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommend!

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! I had a wonderful 3 day stay at this lovely homestay. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Danny's place is extremely high quality. It was warm and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The views are beautiful. Highly recommended.

Amazing place. Definitely the best airbnb we had on our 3 week NZ trip. Very private, nature all around which can be enjoyed thanks to the big windows. Well equipped kitchen, super clean. Can highly recommended!!!

The House is very comfortable, clean, new and well equipped. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with just a short drive to the shops, places to eat and local attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place, loved how big it was with lots of space. amenities were really helpful in being comfortable and love the spa!

Nice area and close to the biking tracks in the Redwoods. Very homely. Garage was handy for bikes. It was good to be able to use the washing machine and dryer .

Had a great stay at Geoff and Akiko’s place. Place is exactly as described and super clean. Has an excellent view of the lake and surrounding farm land. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had such a good time kids enjoyed every bit of the house mainly found them all in the theater room, not far from city centre but also far enough for a peaceful sleep. beautiful view waking up to it every morning was stunning ! thank you so much for having us. everything as described. recommend, it's a must stay . thanks again norman.

We only stayed one night as we had an event to attend, but we felt relaxed as soon as we entered this lovely clean home. Everything was clean and sparkling, the beds were comfortable, all linens high quality and the rural setting was gorgeous. Highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting to stay in the area and I hope to stay again when we are next looking for accomodation in Rotorua/Ngongotaha. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously at Ashleigh's stay. The airbnb was in a great location, only 5-10 minutes away from everything! The house itself was comfortable and cosy, with a great kitchen and backyard. If we're in the area again we would definitely book Ashleigh's place! Ashleigh replied fast and was a great host. This place was awesome! So homey and fun and the llama theme was taken seriously. Beds were so comfortable. The place actually felt like someone lived there and had all the supplies we needed. The host was super responsive and friendly and the house was a short drive from the main area. Would definitely recommend!

Great place. Lovely and warm with good heaters and heat pump. Bed linen and towels were laundered so well. Well equipped kitchen. Well decorated with nice furnishings. Our host was very accommodating. We will return.
