Relaxation and rest for the whole family with views across green meadows to the mountains. The newly built 100 m² holiday apartment is located in an old farmhouse in the Inn Valley. The apartment is situated in a very rural setting and is 3 km from Rott am Inn. The "Rotter Aussee" lake is nearby. The Inn Cycle Path from the Engadine to Passau passes right by the house. The apartment is a great starting point for excursions to the Chiemgau region, Wasserburg, Rosenheim, or the mountains.

Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!
