Tinyhouse am Bauernhof mit Schwimmteich

Mache Urlaub in unserem kleinen Häuschen, direkt am Ufer unseres Schwimmteichs. Frühstücke auf deiner eigenen Terrasse, mit Panoramablick auf unseren Schwimmteich und unsere Weiden mit Schafen, Hühnern und Kühen. Wir haben einen kleinen Hobbyhof mit 8 Schafen, 20 Hühnern und 8 Kühen. Auf unserem Anwesen befindet sich ein eigener Spielplatz, eine Terrasse für unsere Gäste mit eigenem Gartenabteil und Feuerstelle und festem Grillplatz. Urlaub in der Natur ohne Schnickschnack. Das historische Gasthaus mit einem Kellergewölbe aus dem 16. Jahrhundert befindet sich in der Dorfmitte von Fridolfing neben dem Rathaus und der Kirche. Nach umfangreicher Renovierung wurde dieses Schmuckstück im Januar 2015 wieder eröffnet und entwickelt sich zu einem Treffpunkt für Kultur und Kulinarik. Liebevoll bis ins Detail wurden die Gaststuben und die fünf Gästezimmer mit modernen Bädern eingerichtet. Für die Hausgäste steht eine große Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick zur Verfügung.

Auf dem Reiterhof GENSLEITEN machen Sie Urlaub mitten im Grünen. Der Hof eignet sich auch perfekt für Feierlichkeiten als Gruppe, wie Geburtstage, Firmenevents und Junggesellenabschiede oder ähnliches. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Thermalbäder, ein Golf Club etc. Gruppen mit mehr als 16 Personen sind willkommen bitte bei der Buchung oder Anfrage die genaue Personenanzahl angeben, ab der 17. Person fallen Zusatzgebühren an.

A petting zoo and a large playground invite you to play and explore. There are many activities such as driving diggers, adventure rides, train rides, or pony riding. We do our best to fulfill all your wishes. An adventure train excursion takes you into town for ice cream or through the forest, meadows, and fields.

The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot can be provided.

Our organic farm with horses, dairy cows and chickens is situated in an idyllic and quiet location despite very good transport links. You can enjoy an unobstructed view of Rosenheim's local mountains. Many cycle paths lead past us, several bathing lakes are in the immediate vicinity.
