Our house is located in the charming village of Chapelle Saint Fray, bordered by forest with hiking trails for beautiful hikes in perspective. Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. It will be sweet and/or savory, served under the pergola if the weather is nice, otherwise in the dining room. Breakfast hours are completely flexible, I live on site. It will consist of bread, pastries, butter, homemade jams, yogurt, dried fruit, fresh fruit, orange juice, tea, coffee or chocolate, ham, egg, rillettes and cheeses

At the gates of the 24-hour circuit, you can ideally enjoy the great events that punctuate the year in Le Mans, but also the Le Mans region. In a pretty Sarthe farmhouse, in the heart of a landscaped park, we offer a private room with a double bed. In the adjoining room, it is possible to accommodate up to two children in a bed (to be specified when booking, €10 per person). In addition to a bathroom and toilet reserved for guests, you can enjoy the different spaces of the house (living room, kitchen...) and the garden. Breakfast is included.
