Agréable studio situé en plein centre du Mans, proche gare et circuit (10mn en transport en commun ou voiture), au pied du tramway. Composé d'une pièce de vie/chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Places de parking disponibles à 2mn en transport, 5mn à pieds. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous aimons remettre les clés à nos voyageurs en mains propres. Néanmoins, après 20h, ces dernières peuvent être récupérées dans la boîte à clés. Linge de lit fourni. Serviette 5€ en supplément.

This 33 m2 accommodation will allow you to discover the Old Mans and its Cathedral as well as its city center on foot. You will also be 200 m from a tram stop that will take you directly to the 24-hour circuit, the train station or the university. The station basins, the center but also the northern area of Le Mans are easily accessible from the accommodation.

Quiet independent studio house

Studio for 2 people with all the comforts. It is located at the end of my property's garden and overlooks a quiet pedestrian path. Guests can enjoy a small sunny courtyard. Parking is free on the street. You are a 15-minute walk from the entrance to the 24-hour circuit and a 7-minute walk from the Le Mans exhibition center. For motorcycles, the booking is 3 nights min from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24h Auto and "Le Mans Classic", 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.

Welcome to my apartment located on the 1st floor of a recent residence with elevator, parking is on the street, spaces are free. This apartment is composed of a spacious living room with a nice open equipped kitchen, with coffee, tea and condiments at your disposal. It also has a bedroom and bathroom with bathtub.

Horse option (€50/night/stall or €70/night for 2 stalls) with water, hay and stall 5 minutes from Le Mans city center and 10 minutes from the 24-hour circuit, Boulerie Jump. Our apartment is located in a small residence, close to the city center, it offers the possibility to move around by public transport very easily. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy just a 2-minute walk away. The train station is 10 minutes away by tram. It is fully equipped and refurbished. Bright and spacious, opening onto balcony. The sofa opens up to a bed for 2 people.

The Furnished is close to the Mulsanne Turn. 7 km from Antarès Tramway Station and 15 minutes from Le Mans city center. 40 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, free admission or family pass depending on requests. You will appreciate the flowery outdoor spaces, its country environment and the company of donkeys. We offer guided hikes with one of our donkeys.
