Notre maison se trouve dans le charmant village de la Chapelle Saint Fray, bordé de forêt avec des chemins pédestres pour de belles randonnées en perspectives. loue chambre avec wc et salle eau privée a 10mn du centre ville à pied et de la cité du vieux Mans, tramway a 3mn , il vous déposera au centre ville , à la gare, sur le site des 24 h du Mans , Antares( lieu de spectacles , basket ) stade de foot , parc des expositions , pas de marche a faire un réel plus !! nous sommes dans une rue calme, proche d 'un parc ou vous pourrez vous détendre , nous servons un petit déjeuner à la française. parking gratuit dans la rue , possibilité de garage .

Aux portes du circuit des 24h, vous pourrez profiter idéalement des grands événements rythmant l'année mancelle, mais aussi de la région mancelle. . Au sein d'une grande maison, vous disposerez de toute le confort nécessaire pour vous reposer. Salle de bain et WC privatifs sauf grands événements sur le circuit . Stationnement facile dans la cour avec possibilité de brancher sa voiture électrique (prise standard). Le petit déjeuner peut être servi si vous le souhaitez (5€ / pers).

Crown room - Castle of Montaupin in Oizé

Furnished with a canopy for a period double bed and a crown for each of the two single beds, the Crown Room welcomes you in royalty in an elegant environment with period features and refined decoration. A breathtaking view on the rural environment of the village of Oizé, on the 15th century well of the castle and on the majestic and old spruce tree of the Sarthe, planted in 1539 in the park of the castle, whose trunk has a circumference of nearly 10 meters.

The priory washhouse

In the heart of the Sarthe Perche in Sceaux sur Huisne, a water town in Roman times, behind the church with its very special bell tower, is the washhouse of "the priory farm". This small building and its basin fed by a spring are part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below are the remains of the Gallo-Roman baths. The room was installed in an old washhouse dating from the 15th century, so we offer you a night "on the waterfront".

Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. It will be sweet and/or savory, served under the pergola if the weather is nice, otherwise in the dining room. Breakfast hours are completely flexible, I live on site.
