We had a lovely stay at Mark’s place — it made the perfect base for a weekend in Barnstaple. The property was spotless and clearly very well cared for. While we didn’t encounter any major issues, it was reassuring knowing Mark was just across the way. He was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. The dishwasher stopped working on our last day, but since we were checking out, we didn’t trouble him — I’m sure he would’ve sorted it right away if we had. All in all, a great weekend and we’d happily return!

We had a lovely stay at the Tarka Suite. Brian & Clare excellent hosts, lovely home from home experience. We will definitely be returning.
