Modern Holiday House in Lapland

A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Koda Taiga Studio

Perfect for up to three guests, it’s just steps from shops, cafes, and a playground, with easy public transport to Santa Claus Village. Relax in a 180 cm motorized bed or a comfy single armchair bed, with blackout curtains, night lights, and fast free 5G WiFi. Cook and dine in a fully equipped kitchen for three. *Note: being in the city center, traffic and city sounds can occasionally be heard, adding to the lively downtown atmosphere.

Saint Igloos igloo

Our igloos are 32m² in size and can accommodate two to four persons. The motorized double bed is directly under the glass ceiling. Separate extra beds are made from the sofa. All igloos are equipped with a toilet and a shower, a TV, a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. All rooms have a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, cooking hobs, dinnerware and cutlery, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

Ternu Minivilla

You can enjoy the scenery to the river during your stay. While you are enjoying the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, you might have chance to see the northen lights. This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 8. It has full kitchen, sauna, shower, toilet, 2xbedroom and extra sleeping loft. Outside it has nice terrace with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.

AURORA LODGE - In the middle of nature

Experience the true Lapland in this cozy and peaceful lodge by the river. Go ice-fishing or snowshoeing straight from the terrace and explore the beautiful nature of Rovaniemi. Riverside Villa Nietos

#This beautiful 3 floor wooden house was built in 1836 and it is located by river Kemijoki. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it is only 3 km away from the city center. The house has been fully renovated. There is a spacious living room with open kitchen, beautiful patio dining room, two fireplaces, 4 bedrooms, sauna department with a hot tub and a laundry room.
