Holiday rentals with a patio in Rovinj

Great, very well-equipped apartment in a quiet location; very clean; underground parking space included in the price; large balcony with sea view and view of the countryside; shopping and restaurants nearby, the center is wonderfully accessible by public transport; uncomplicated check-in and nice contact with the hostess - everything as described, we felt very comfortable!

A very lovely stay. We enjoyed the privacy of the location, which was a few kilometres outside of Rovinj, and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect. This was a great place to come back to at the end of hot sunny days exploring this beautiful coastal area. Would definitely go back again .

Sandro and Kristina welcomed us very well. Accommodation was very clean/as in the photos and in a good location. The beach was about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back :)

Beautiful, clean apartment, you will find everything you need, the host is great, communication with him too, the surroundings are great, the beach is about 10 minutes walk, the closer beach is smaller about 5 minutes. In the vicinity of the bike path, shops...beautiful holiday. Thank you 🥰

Stela’s place has everything you need and is in a great location close to the beach, city center, nature and restaurants. We felt super comfortable. Stela is a great host and very welcoming.

Jelena was an excellent host, she made us feel like at home from the very first encounter. The apartment was very comfortable for five people and very peaceful. The interior was decorated in calm and neutral colors and kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals at home. Location was walkable to the beach and to the old town. We had very relaxing time and are planning to come back in the future!

We had a fantastic time at Silvana's place. The beautiful apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to a huge playground and the beaches, and the downtown is within walking distance as well. Silvana is a very friendly and welcoming host, and our children loved to play with her.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Our week-long stay in Danijel and Tina's house was fantastically beautiful. The two have furnished the accommodation with so much attention to detail, super practical and with everything you need. Our absolute highlights were: A lovingly prepared floor bed for our two-year-old daughter, toys for her, the large garden, where you could always find a shady or sunny spot somewhere, fly screens on every window, the grill plate and the extra refrigerator in the annex right next to the terrace. Thank you Tina and Danijel for your hospitality! We'll be back!

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Anja was very nice and friendly. Easy check-in and out. The place was very clean, new and modern. Sights of Pula were within easy walking distance. (approx. 30 min) Can only recommend it. :)

We arrived for four days on site in Pula. The location was ideal by car with little noise, in the surroundings and Jelena who immediately helped us and gave us the information we asked for when we arrived. The kitchen is super well-equipped, the bathroom and bedroom too and the balcony is very nice. Thank you Jelena!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s just a few minutes from the city center. Ivan is a great host and responds to messages immediately. 10/10 – highly recommended!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. The whold experience was great, great value for money, property was better than exoected. The location was really good. We've been to pula 4 times before and discovered and whole new area. And cant fault anythjbg about petra apartment, everything was excellent and excelled in our expectations

Very clean and comfortable apartment. On foot it is only 10 min away from Fazana beach and center. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Quiet and relaxing. Recommended!
