Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, lovely, and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable home base for our trip to London. The location was perfect, close to all the sights yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The host was incredibly flexible and worked with us to accommodate a special request, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness truly made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London and would love to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Eloise’s AirBnB. The house is immaculate and absolutely beautiful; even better than the photos. Lots of amenities which made it ideal for cooking with friends. It is in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to get to and easy to find. We had fabulous weather whilst in London and whilst the home does get quite warm, there are fans in every room which was much appreciated! Eloise is available should you need here, however this wasn’t required due to all the helpful information already provided. We couldn’t recommend staying here more, it was perfect for our weekend away and a stunning home.

What can I say about Mary’s house without sounding gushy?! We came to London for a family wedding and staying here made the event even better! It is a delight: extremely well-equipped; thoughtfully decorated and comfortable throughout. The house is easy walking distance to the underground and Hammersmith and in a really nice location. Mary’s recommendations for eating- particularly the Anglesea Arms (great service and best chips EVER) were excellent. Her welcome gift so kind… She kept in touch throughout our stay and was so helpful. Thank you Mary!

Our family very much enjoyed staying at Michael’s place. The host group was very responsive. There were minimal issues and through effective communication, most issues were resolved. The house was quiet and private. There were wonderful places to walk to. The stairs are tough but understandable, particularly given that the house was able easily host 10 people. Location was perfect for us to reach most places in the city.

I don’t want to praise Izo and her lovely home too much as I might have a problem booking next time !! Lovely home, fabulous location with lots of great restaurants nearby ! The home offered lots of space and on a quiet side street. Only a 15m walk to Queens Club for tennis which was a bonus and 5 mins from Tube Station - Izo was on point with communications ! We will be back if Izo is able to share her home - Thank you so much - Jason & Dyan

We had a great stay in Sarah’s place. Its a quiet area and near to 2 tube stations, restaurants and grocery stores. Sarah provided us flowers and quality amenities around the house which was wonderful. The main room with bathroom ensuite is the biggest and my parents had wonderful time staying in the room. The place is smaller though than i imagine and a bit cramp for 6 adults. As we are travelling from overseas, brought 8 big luggages with us and staying for 11 nites, it was a bit struggle to store the bags as the 2 other rooms are small and cant put any bags in the room. Only beds and a small cabinets fit in the room. Overall, we had a good stay. Sarah was also responsive and quick response to our questions.

This is a lovely home, restored beautifully and very well loved and taken care of. There is so much beauty inside. Our family enjoyed the space, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids felt right at home and really enjoyed the foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped and two washing machines was an added bonus for us. The location is walkable to trains that can take you down to the heart of central London. We enjoyed the quiet respite of a home outside of the bustling city after our long days sightseeing. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Unbeatable location in the heart of a great neighborhood; walking distance to anything you may need and then some: great shops, restaurants, bakeries and even a supermarket and a pharmacy. Choosing between the train and walking to the center of London is also a no brainer if you enjoy walking

Amazing London flat! BEST check in (with John) we’ve ever had at Airbnbs- he is amazing & u will want him to stay & socialize after he aptly explains home features & mini instructions! Public transit is close & walkable from flat which is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore London!

We enjoyed our stay. Things were just as stated and/or pictured. Location was great. Ricky was always available and responded to our questions. We felt very safe and comfortable going about the home and area. We did enjoy the patio. I would say that you have to go up and down stairs to enter/exit. We didn’t realize that, so be mindful. We were there during what is called a heat wave (3 consecutive days reaching 90 degrees) it was absolutely beautiful. There isn’t central AC, but there were 2 fans. It was tolerable and we were out and about mostly during the day as well during the hottest times. Book this place. You will enjoy it I’m sure.

This was the first of six visits to London that I truly felt at home, largely thanks to where we stayed. Kristin’s photoshoot-ready flat is stylish and comfortable, but the location really did it for us. Conveniently located within walking distance of a couple major transportation hubs (Shepherd’s Bush and Hammersmith Station), the streets in between and where the flat is located are tranquil and residential, but with a few useful shops across just across the street. The bedroom facing gardens in the back is quiet enough to sleep with the window open. The one drawback to an otherwise excellent stay were a couple very standard items missing from the beautiful kitchen (microwave and coffee maker). Otherwise, we would definitely repeat.

This flat was the perfect place for my family of four. It’s conveniently located to a tube station, shops, and wonderful bakeries and cafes. The flat was really lovely inside, and was very comfortable to hang out together. The outside patio enhanced the vibe of the place, and was perfect for breakfast in the morning and wine at night. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Marc and Yvonne!

This location was so prime for us for our first trip to London—the Kensington location and ease of access to the tube made it so easy! Loved the residential neighborhood the flat was in as well. It made as a great “base camp” for all of our London adventures over a couple of days.

The room itself was very simple. The house and garden is beautiful and I was lucky with the weather and able to sit on the deck. The family were very welcoming.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

Little Rock was the perfect place for our group of family and friends to socialise and relax. The building is modern and in great condition. I'd highly recommend this for large groups or families who want peace and serenity, with all the comforts of home.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

A beautiful English house at the countryside from Sussex. The “backyard” is Ashdownforest, a beautiful green wide and open Forest. Annemette was a very friendly and helpfull host, we felt very at Home!

We had an amazing experience at Pauline house. The house is huge and could accomodate our extended family of 13 people for the weekend. The house has all the amenities required for your stay as this is the house they live in. The garden is wonderful and provided lots of spaces for my children to play cricket and football. It is very well located as the high street is just a few minutes walk away. Pauline was very responsive with my queries before our visit and her son was in the summer house during our stay and was able to address all the questions we had. We had a memorable experience celebrating our 40th birthday with our family and I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a wonderful house to stay in Sevenoaks.

The Villa is a beautiful accommodation. Great location. Amazing setting with the horses nearby. The house is immaculate. The host, Michelle, goes above and beyond to accommodate.
