This is a 2-bed flat which I m renting as an entire propertry when I am on holiday as I love travelling, so availability is limited. Please note that, as this is not a professional rental, you will be staying in someone's home. The flat is in a lovely, quiet street, very centrally located in Kingston upon Thames. Within 5 mins walk, there is river Thames and Surbiton train station which gets you to Waterloo London station in 20 mins. Easy access to central London, Heathrow/ Gatwick airports.

A luxurious flat in a peaceful green & calm neighborhood. A 5m walk to Surbiton station, 5m walk to the Thames, and surrounded by boutique restaurants and cafes. The flat has been renovated to the highest standard and is deep cleaned by a professional cleaning company between stays. The extra large windows let plenty of light in and there is real wood floor throughout the flat. The kitchen is an open plan setting to the sunny living space where you can chill on the reclining lounge sofa.

Flat with its own Kitchen and Bathroom; Comfortable king size bed, all bed linen is King size and 100% cotton; walk in cupboard with washing machine , ironing kit, clothes rail, plus extra cupboard for hanging coats. Fast and powerful internet, 55" TV, iron facility, hairdryer.Bedlinen, towels, toilet rolls provided for the start of your stay. For stays longer than 7 nights we will provide spare set of bed linen and towels. You will need to make your own arrangements regarding expendables.

Fully equipped Annexe with easy access to London

A cosy self contained accommodation in a quiet, residential area ideal for relaxing or as a base for work. It is a 10 minute walk from Stoneleigh station with connections to Wimbledon, Central London or Guildford. There are bus stops nearby to Epsom, Kingston and Sutton. By car you can reach the M25 (junction 10) in 15 minutes. Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.

The Victorian Apartment

Stay in our beautifully renovated 1-bedroom apartment, completed in 2025. Perfect for couples, families, or friends, it features a super king bedroom (convertible to two singles), a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, and a modern kitchen and bathroom. Conveniently located, a bus outside takes you to the train station in 5 minutes, and from there, a 15-minute direct train gets you to central London. The ideal base for your London adventure!

Charming Coach House next to Richmond Park

Our lovely Coach House is just steps away from the vast and gorgeous Royal Richmond Park. The ancient market town, Kingston upon Thames with its great choice of restaurants, shopping and theatre is just a leisurely 20 min. walk away. If you like to venture out to London, Norbiton Station provides direct access to Waterloo Station. You will enjoy my place because of its location, the outdoor space, the ambiance and the quiet neighbourhood.
