This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Enjoy peace and nature in stylish accommodation. Forest and meadow right at your doorstep. In winter: long walks or cross-country skiing In summer: forest walk and yoga at the natural pond to relax. Dear travelers, my place can accommodate up to 7 to 8 people. The apartment offered has on its first floor a kitchen with all dishes, a small bathroom with shower, a seating area with TV, beds and a small dining area. There are more beds on the upper floor. Outside there is a terrace with a small garden and fence suitable for dogs. The entire property is located on a property with a small farm.

The 41 m² apartment with private entrance and access to the garden, is attached to the main house as an annex and is located in a quiet residential area with the city and shopping close by (nearest supermarket 200 meters). Close to excursions to the Danube Gorge, Altmühl Valley and Hundertwasser Tower. .

The apartment has its own entrance, Via the staircase, you reach the anteroom with a wardrobe. In the first room, there is a sofa with a table, kitchenette, and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
