Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

The house is 1 minute from the sea (Øresund) and 15 minutes by train from Østerport St and 17 minutes to Nørreport St. The house is stylishly decorated with a lot of iconic design furniture and artwork. There are two bedrooms spread over two floors.
