Very convenient and private as you have your own access from the main building. The bathroom/shower/kitchen (all in one area) is located in the hallway outside the room and you'll be the only one to use it. Free parking close to the studio. Please be aware of potential noise from passing cars on the main street.

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood with 2 identical furnished studios 1 and 2, in wooden construction, with a view of the garden. Studio 1 (28m2) with its own entrance has a wooden gallery (with 2 beds) and is bright and comfortably furnished. The living area/kitchen is equipped with a sofa, cupboards, table, chairs, TV, WiFi. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, 3kg washing machine, hotplates, kettle, microwave. Private shower/WC. 1 parking space at the house.
