Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie ein Casino befinden sich in der Nähe. Ebenfalls befindet sich ein Naturschutzgebiet in unmittelbarer Umgebung, welches zu erholsamen Spaziergängen oder Fahrradtouren einlädt. In ca. 2km Entfernung befindet sich ein Badesee.

Du hast direkten Zugang zum Badeteich, zur Feuerstelle, zu gemütlichen Sitzplätzen und zum Naschgarten.Hier leben unsere Hühner, beim Bienenhaus summt es, Libellen, Molche und Frösche gehören hier ganz selbstverständlich dazu. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreichst du in wenigen Autominuten in Vaduz (FL), Buchs (CH) oder in Feldkirch (AT).

Living in the countryside and yet central as well as close to the border

The granny apartment is part of a detached house, surrounded by greenery, quiet, with views of the nature reserve. The bright studio apartment has its own entrance, a large living/sleeping room and a separate small bathroom/toilet - but no kitchen. Two induction plates, a coffee maker, a kettle and a fridge offer the possibility to prepare a small meal. Close to the border of FL and CH, the historic city of Feldkirch is a few minutes away.

Vacation home - Recreation and nature

Our apartment in an apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our gem is also perfect as a starting point for hikes. We always strive to improve our offerings and want to provide our guests with a nice and affordable vacation

Studio apartment in Buchs SG

The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.

In the kitchen, there is a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (for capsules), oven, four hotplates and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment offers plenty of space to relax with family and friends.

In mitten der Alpen / in the middle of the alps Hier in der Natur, können sie sich richtig erholen. Die wunderbare Aussicht auf die österreichischen Berge und auch über die Grenze in die Schweiz, können sie von hier aus geniessen. Geeigenet für allein Reisende /evtl. Vertreter oder zu weit. Sie sind in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt Feldkirch. Autobahn Ausfahrt in der Nähe.

Studio 9

Unser Aparthouse Leonhard wurde im Mai 2023 neu eröffnet. Die 9 Wohneinheiten wurden in ökologischer Bauweise errichtet. Dich erwartet bei uns ein schallisoliertes 1-Zimmer-Apartment welches durch seine moderne und zugleich praktische Einrichtung überzeugt. Es erfolgt während dem Aufenthalt etwa alle zwei Wochen eine Reinigung inklusive Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel.
