Jeannette met us on our arrival, was very friendly and informative, and made sure we had plenty of provisions to make tea, coffee etc. The accommodation was clean and perfect for our stay.

It was a very clean and quiet accommodation. The host was friendly and I would like to recommend it to everyone. The only thing that was unfortunate was that when 3 people slept, the extra bed was an air bed.

We had such a wonderful time. The flat has absolutely everything you need and plenty more. The art, the plants, the books and the decor make it a very special place. Situated close to the beautiful Terrace Gardens and Richmond Park and with cafes , pubs and convenience stores steps away you will not be disappointed. Easy walk down the hill to the station and everything Richmond has to offer. James was absolutely charming and super helpful. Highly recommend🤗

Lovely location and very nicely presented home. Mayur was a very responsive host and all our questions and requests were not a problem (oh, and the dryer is in the shed for those looking for it!). As mentioned by others, the stairs are steep, but we had no issues with our four year old. The location is excellent, with the Elizabeth line giving you very easy access into Central London and Heathrow airport. Highly recommended!

Lovely little garden and Eliza's collections of decorative items really makes the place feel special. The bathrooms were both great and the house is set up well for a short stay.

Anuj was very responsive and we had an amazing stay here. The area is so peaceful and there are lots of shops at a walking distance. We've been to the Tesco Express which is 4-5 minutes by car. Booked a last minute break & was not disappointed! Picked this location as I wanted to be away from the busy centre of London but close enough to commute in to do some sight seeing. The train station was just a five minute walk from the property & with regular trains getting into London was a breeze. Only took about 20 minutes. The property itself is located in a lovely little town which, in itself has a great selection of local amenities including shops, bars, a few restaurants & takeaways all just a short walk from the property. There are also some lovely parks right on the property’s doorstep with children’s play areas, making it ideal for families. Lots to do if you prefer to take some time out from exploring London itself. Laura’s property is lovely! Clean and spacious rooms with a modern fitted kitchen, downstairs bathroom with walk in shower, 3 good size bedrooms with the master having its own en-suite. Laura was so helpful and accommodating. Great price too!! Fantastic break!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, everything worked smoothly, and there were no issues at all. The space was immaculate and welcoming, just as described, and we loved how comfortable and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Communication with the host was great, with quick responses and clear instructions. You can even message the lovely owner personally who accommodated a late check out for us. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, close to key tring (5 min drive) yet delightfully peaceful for a relaxing getaway. From the cleanliness to the seamless check-in, every detail was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay in Hastoe. We’d love to come back!

Nigel was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but still just a quick and easy train ride into London. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the warm hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

The location was further away from Greater London, but we felt that the close proximity to trains would offset the distance. It was great! Check-in with lockbox was great. Accommodations fit our family of 9 very well. The water heater controls were certainly new to us, and a little tricky to keep a good supply for all of us, but we figured it out. The kitchen was amazing! Plenty of room, induction cooktop, nice, divided oven, and the island made for a great gathering place and alternate eating area. There were a couple of plumbing issues with the showers that hopefully can be resolved quickly.

Clean and well maintained. Easy walk to the underground and local amenities. Definitely worth booking

I wish I could give Sean’s place 10 stars!, this is an absolutely amazing place to stay - Sean is super helpful, responsive, and, he has provided everything you could want and more - the kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped. Will definitely be staying here again!

Our second stay at Deborah's and even better than we remembered. There is everything you need and Deborah is very quick to respond to any questions. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Kingston and 2 minutes to the Thames and parking on the drive is a real bonus. The bathroom is well equipped and the large bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The sitting room has a comfy settee and dining table. The flat is airy because of all the opening windows and has shutters and ceiling fans to keep it cool. I can thoroughly recommend.

This place was exactly what we needed. It actually has its own gate into trails that lead into Richmond park. Has a beautiful garden. It was peaceful and quiet. Peter and his lovely wife were very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.
