Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a modern 75 m² apartment, fully renovated in 2015, as well as an approx. 20 m² terrace. This unique accommodation combines the charm of a historic farmhouse with a modern interior.

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

In winter you can enjoy Skiing, sledging and many more activities. Furthermore, the apartment holds traditional Tyrolean furniture, which makes the place very cozy. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)

The apartment is centrally located in Zirl. There are many hiking and skiing areas in the vicinity. Both the train station and the bus stop are only about 10 minutes' walk away. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and in 15 minutes by car. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.
