2-star gîte with private terrace and enclosed garden

The apartment is a furnished type 2, on the ground floor with covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, enclosed and wooded land. This is a 2-star gîte. The village is within walking distance (300 m). I recommend a beautiful hike by the Ardèche from the house: the Cirque de GENS (2 to 3 hours of wonder). We are close to Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet cave. Nearby there are also the classified villages of Labeaume, Balazuc and Voguë.

The "Little House" : cottage with garden

The "Petite maison" is a cottage ideally located, quiet, in the hamlet of Saint-Martin. You will have a fully equipped cottage with 1 main room (with equipped kitchen: oven, hob, dishwasher) overlooking a private garden, a bedroom on mezzanine and a bathroom. The center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk. Ideal for a quiet stay, the "Petite Maison" combines the charm of the old Ardeches stones and modern comforts.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Stone house in a hamlet

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Ideal for two people (and a child who can sleep in an extra bed), this charming 65 m2 cottage will welcome you for a quiet holiday in the heights of a small village in the south of Ardèche. Direct departure for hikes as we are the last house before the woods. River 15 minutes' walk, grocery store 5 minutes' walk, Cirque de Gens (large climbing site) 20 minutes' walk, Chauvet 2 Cave and Vallon Pont d'Arc 20 minutes' drive.

On a 500 m2 lot with deckchair, parasol, and barbecue (charcoal not included).
