The center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk. Ideal for a quiet stay, the "Petite Maison" combines the charm of the old Ardeches stones and modern comforts.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

This studio, for 2 people, 40 m2, is a 5-minute walk from the city center of Ruoms, the river is 2 minutes away, and 10 km from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, and the Ardèche Gorges. It is completely renovated, and fully equipped (parking, garage for motorcycles, heating, washing machine, Wi-Fi, flat screen, espresso machine, etc.). On a 500 m2 lot with deckchair, parasol, and barbecue (charcoal not included).
