With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

The sea cottage

Welcome to our little summer paradise. For many years we have had this cabin as our "breathing hole". Nowadays we are pensioners and live at the farm from which this plot was cut off. The cottage is located by the lake Viken, its own jetty, small rowing boat and raft are included. A guest cottage with several beds and equally nice views is also available. Private shallow beach with beautiful sunset. We live 4 km from cottage.

Here, up to 6 adults live next door to the sheep pasture and forest and are welcomed by the farm's both sociable herding dogs. In the sheep farm with its own farm shop, you are close to the forest and lake. Tivedens National Park, Karlsborg Fortress, Göta Canal, Forsviks Bruk, etc., are some of the sights within a 30 minute drive.

Our place is in a small community close to art and culture, downtown and restaurants and food. You'll love my place because of the small cottage's nice location in a cultural landscape that suits different ages. The cottage is on the grounds where we also live. Suitable for solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).
