A place to relax in great natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely for itself with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

From this residence with a perfect location right next to Grimstad guest harbour, you have easy access to everything. Here you can cross the street and take a morning dip on the city beach, enjoy breakfast at one of the city's many eateries and stroll through Grimstad's pleasant streets. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, and a wide range of cultural activities in the city during the summer. You can also take the trip to the Zoo, which is less than a half-hour drive away.

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Charming apartment for rent in a quiet and beautiful oasis in the heart of Grimstad. The apartment has an open plan kitchen, a sleeping alcove with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Access to private indoor swimming pool. Parking in a parking garage across the street. The apartment has been rented previously through another user on Airbnb. Unfortunately, the reviews could not accompany the move to new user, and are therefore posted under "House Manual", to info.

On the first floor, located in a quiet area with houses and neighbors. Fully furnished with a nice outside area. 5 km from the city center, the bus stop is close by. The apartment is your perfect home for either a workstay or a vacation. Safe, quiet, and friendly area. Suitable for children. The sun comes at sunrise in the kitchen, and it is lovely to enjoy your morning coffee outside. Free parking. If you are travelling with children, we are 40 minutes from Dyreparken in Kr.Sand.

Dorm near Grimstad city center (without full kitchen)

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Downtown, cozy and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Nice view of Grimstad and the archipelago. It is walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern village with cozy streets and several dining areas. There is a short way to lovely beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport axis, with frequent service to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is 30 minutes in car to the zoo in Kristiansand.

The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, right between Arendal and Grimstad, and only a couple of minutes from the E18 – easy to find, easy to get on.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Small apartment over double garage rented in idyllic Homborsund Near the lake and about 25 minutes to Dyreparken. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hobs).) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. Plus two sleeping gowns. Flattening with barbecue and large outdoor area. Initially takes up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Idyllic boat house/cabin at the shore of the sea.

Perfect spot for a small family or alone by the sea. The boathouse is from the 70s and is traditionally built. Here you can enjoy the sea view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boat house is simply furnished with all you need of kitchenware, dishes towels and dusting cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is isolated. A double bed (150 cm) in the bedroom, double sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room, there is both a seating area and a dining area. There is an option to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/the seashore can be arranged with the host.
