Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

The apartment is in a central location near a small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher's, a sports equipment shop, etc. The ski lift and the train station are also in walking distance. The apartment is in an old traditional Engadin style house in a quiet neighbourhood. It's located directly under the roof with skylight style windows. The apartment hosts up to 4 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs.

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

There are many antique utensils in the house and in the apartment. You'll love my place because of the old time flair, equipped with all the comforts. Cozy and quiet 2.5 room basement apartment with modern cottage charm and beautiful views. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area and open kitchen as well as bathroom with bathtub incl. shower wall. The apartment was partially renovated in 2019 and the bathroom and kitchen were redone in 2024.
