It is a short walk from the village of Ascain and all shops (800 m), 10 minutes from the sea and its beaches, golf courses and is the starting point for many hiking trails including the one leading to the Rhune. In summary: a quiet, relaxing place but close to all the points of interest of the Basque Country.

Ideally located, it is isolated but close to everything: 5 minutes from Ascain; 8 km from the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Luz (bus stops 5 minutes away) and departure for hiking or mountain biking from the house (Emilie trail...).
