The house is front of the sea which refers an amazing view. It is new builded with modern design and located in a quiet area. On the first floor it contains a big living room, full equipped kichen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the second floor it has 2 bedrooms and one more bathroom. Also on the second floor you can enjoy the amazing view from the balcony where you can feel the island's aura. In front of the house there is a big yard with an extent which ends up to the sea.

The house, with its bright serenity, offers generous outdoor spaces: terraces and garden, swimming pool with deck, a pergola with barbecue. There are 2 bedrooms, one located downstairs and the other upstairs. Each has its own private bathroom and shaded exterior area. Two parking spots are available in the front of the house. We provide basic amenities including fresh towels and sheets, bathroom supplies, hair dryer, full access to our washing machine and laundry detergent.
