Ideally located in the heart of the 4 Périgord, this house is an outbuilding of a property dating from the 18th century, located in the extension of a Périgord farmhouse. Initially a tobacco dryer, then a stable, we transformed it into an elegant and comfortable house.

Sur une journée vous pouvez facilement profiter de tout ce que le Périgord a à vous offrir, à 10 min de Brantôme, 20 min de Périgueux et à 5 min de tous commerces. Terrasse et jardin privés. Piscine 4mx4m partagée du 15 juin au 15 septembre. Le gîte n’est pas adapté aux bébés.

Sofa bed if needed. Terrace with pergola, garden furniture and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and built-in oven. Parking that can accommodate several vehicles.

We welcome you to this independent, quiet studio, located 10 minutes from Périgueux and 15 minutes from Brantôme. Breakfast (included in the nightly price) will be offered either in the studio or on the private terrace reserved for rent with a superb view. Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house called La Cuisine d'Alice, is an old barn converted into a luxurious house. It is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful estates in Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It is the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region.

We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
