We had a wonderful time staying at Christy's Villa. It was comfortable and very welcoming. As for Christy and David, they bent over backwards to provide anything and everything we wanted and needed for our stay. They were the ultimate hosts. I can't say how much we appreciate all they did for us in the few days we were there. What an amazing couple they are!

Christry was a very welcoming host! She sent her assistant to meet us in the center of town in Roasrito. He drove us up the hill where the house is. There was a garage which made us feel very safe when parking our car. In the back of the house, there is a balcony with a great view of the hills behind Rosarito and some of the ocean in the distance. The house was very cozy. It had a queen-size bed and a pull out sofa so we comfortably slept four people. In the living room area, there is a tv with a roku and a Netflix account! Great for having a cozy evening in! The kitchen was fully equipped and there are several markets nearby to buy groceries. Overall we had a great stay!

My friends and I had a great time at Christy's Villa. The place is super nice and clean. It's definitely a home away from home. The location is not too far from Rosarito hub. We Ubere'd to Papas and Bear and Rosarito Beach Hotel, and Uber drivers had no problem locating the villa. The view in the back is amazing, looking over the valley. Breathtaking. Christy is an amazing host: very welcoming, and always available for questions. I would recommend this Villa!

Cristy was an AMAZING HOST! She was very detailed with information and was even willing to go out of her way for special requests in our room for an additional cost if you ask. She was very quick to respond every single time I messaged her and we felt at home in the villa with her warm welcome. This villa is highly recommended for couples and families!

Great place to stay. Very friendly host. Christy was very accommodating and understanding. Her husband even picked us up from a hotel because we couldn't locate the place from our GPS to tell our taxi driver. They gave great food recommendations and even recommended a great taxi driver.

This place is a great value. Two separate rooms and an awesome balcony to relax on. Five blocks to the beaches and some really great restaurants. Aqua bar and la Michoacán taco shop were two of our favorites. The neighborhood is residential, so know that you'll be amidst real residents. Everyone was friendly and the check in was very easy. Most importantly, communication was seamless. Lisa responds to messages immediately and answers questions thoroughly. Would definitely visit again.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Marilyn's for a weekend in Rosarito. It is not only that the the house is extremely clean and comfortable, but Marilyn herself is an extraordinary and warm host. She will make any visitor feel most welcome in Rosarito. One of the highlights about staying here is that Marilyn has all the connections to the local art scene, to make sure that you have an interesting stay. I strongly recommend Casa bal Mar!

Marilyn's place was safe, quiet, near the beach and very homey. My fiancé and I had an amazing time in Rosarito. About a 5 minute taxi ride to the tourist hot spots.

Marilyn is very communicative. She asked about our interest and suggested things we could do even before we arrived. Her place was very safe and the gated parking was an added plus. We didn't feel worried at all about our car. We felt free to come and go as we wished.

Christy was a wonderful host. She gave us a bunch of useful advice for someone who has never been to Rosarito before. She was also very helpful, such as calling a taxi for me on multiple occasions. Her apartment was perfect for me. It was spacious, well decorated, and made me feel at home. It also was gated, so I felt safe the entire time. If I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Christy's Villas was perfect for our family! The location was great. Close to town but just far enough to feel like we in the middle of everything. The place was clean and safe. The locked garage was a definite plus. The view is beautiful! The ocean breeze comes through and it was just very comfortable. Christy and David are very friendly and you just cant help but fall in love with sissy their dog. We will defiantly be staying with them next time we are that way.

The host was very kind and helpful. It was our first time using Airbnb and she made our process smooth and comfortable. The location is fine as long as you have a form of transportation or okay with taking taxi or uber, which Christy informed us and gave us tips. It was a plus to have a garage for a parking spot. An amazing and attentive host! I would recommend this place who want a Rosarito getaway with a safe and clean room! It is only a 2 dollar uber ride from the main city! We were three girls and we felt really safe!

Christy was the most amazing Airbnb host I have yet encountered. She met up with us so we could follow her directly to the property and really made an effort to make a personal connection with us. She was very open, honest and truly a genuine person. The space was clean, comfortable and a perfect fit for our needs. My husband loved the comfy bed linens and soft pillows. We enjoyed the authenticity of the local neighborhood and open space which is a short distance from the hustle of Rosarito. We felt completely relaxed and safe at this location. The secure parking garage was a nice bonus. We are looking forward to returning to Christy's Villa on our next visit to Baja. I highly recommend staying at her Villa to anyone who would like to experience a real local Mexican community that is also conveniently accessible to restaurants, night life, shopping and more.

Great person very helpful would stay again

Christy was so awesome! We had a slight mishap as we lost all sense of direction getting to her house and she was so patient and kind as she talked to a local taxi driver to try and get us to her place. We really enjoyed our short one night stay and felt so at home. She was so helpful and sweet and I can't wait to come back and stay longer. Definitely recommend staying here!

Miguel's place was very cozy and comfortable. Set-up completely to be a small little private house complete with a kitchen, restroom, and a bedroom. Exactly as it was described. Miguel was pleasant and inviting. The place was very close to the main Rosarito beaches. Great location for a great price.

The house is nice. I loved the Mexican rustic feel of the house. Plenty of sleeping areas. Only downside to the house is the Unpaved road. The house is located up a hill and in an area that is underdeveloped..construction under way (noise form Construction wasn't a problem since we spent most of the time in town). Drive to main part of rosarito is about 3-4 minutes. Juan and his wife live in a back area of the property but after the first arriving and meeting, We didn't see them much after that..we had our privacy. House has everything that you may need if you plan to cook.

The house is very nice and spacious. Garage for the car kept great peace of mind, very clean and taken care of home. Juan was friendly and responsive. Uber rides are about 5 minutes from all the clubs and bars and run cheap. Great stay!

Juan's house was great! Close enough to the party scene but far away to get a decent sleep without the loud music in the distance. The house is pretty large. Master bedroom, room with two twin beds and a room with a full bed. There is a pullout couch and a large couch up stairs to sleep on if necessary. We even saw a twin mattress in one of the closets. The kitchen and restrooms are very clean and the house is very cozy and cute. We absolutely loved it!

Juan was an excellent host he was very welcoming! Whenever my family and I needed anything what so ever, he was in close contact with us via text or phone call. My family and I loved staying at his place! It is very gorgeous. My family and I stayed for 10 days, and we would definitely love to stay here again if we are ever in Rosarito. I would definitely recommend Juan's house. My family and I have zero complaints on our stay here. His house has everything we needed for our 10 day stay here. We were close to the beach, as well as the night life but far enough so that we weren't disturbed when we were sleeping. Once again, we loved our stay here, and would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

The house itself is incredible. The photos on his listing do the house no justice. Plenty of beds, plenty of room, plenty of of privacy. Absolutely love the house. Only thing that bugged me was the location of the house. It was kind of hard to find and in a secluded area. Very minor and overall we had a great time there.

If you want a nice vacation spot in Rosarito that is not only central to everything but also safe... This is your spot. Claudine and Andre were so sweet, and accommodating. They provided towels, linens, and even fruit and water for us. The house can park two cars behind a locked gate, and a few more right outside the gate, and protected by a locked roadblock (don't worry, she gives you keys for everything!). You can walk to Papas and Beer and pretty much everything you'd want to do, see, or eat. Definitely staying here on our next Rosarito trip!

Claudine's house was absolutely positively amazing! Getting the keys from Claudine was easy and she was very helpful and answered all of the questions we had about getting to the house and what to do in Rosarito. The house itself was gorgeous. Beautiful kitchen, nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Our favorite feature was the balcony with the oceanfront view. We spent the majority of our time at the house there soaking in the sun. The house's location was fantastic, steps from the beach and a short 2 minute walk from the Rosarito main street. This put us within arms reach of dozens of food, shopping, and entertainment options. Lastly, the house was very secure and it was obvious that Claudine had put in much time and effort to provide security for the property and for the guests staying there. Next time we head to Rosarito we will definitely be trying to stay at Claudine's!

Our stay at Claudine's house was great! Claudine was available through phone, email and text and responded promptly. We were able to meet her cleaning lady at the house for the keys and appreciated her flexibility with that. The street is private so there is a locked gate to get into the street as well as a locked gate for the house so it's secure. The house is the last one down the street and is literally on the beach, you step out and you're on the sand.The house is very clean, the beds were comfortable. There was extra blankets and pillows, dish sponge and soap in the kitchen, ice trays, plates, cups and utensils. The Wifi was great, TV doesn't get many channels. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are right up the street. We rented horses right next to the house on the beach. All around it was a great weekend and we will definitely be coming again! Tips: Bring your own napkins/ paper towels and toiletries as there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Also make sure to have good directions as we got a bit lost.

So we were running late to meet Claudine but she was extremely accommodating! A very nice host to work with! The house was large enough for all 8 of us and was right next to the beach to boot! There was a gate to secure the street and a large gate that goes around the house so we felt very safe! Definitely a big plus! 10 out of 10! Would rent again!

Claudine and her husband met us at the house and immediately made us feel welcome. She recently added a furniture set which came in handy and put new tile in upstairs. The house is in a really good location right on the beach. Everything in town is within walking distance. We felt very safe because the house is well secured with gates and lockable screen doors. We had 7 people and it worked out great. There are tons of nice towels to use which helped a lot. We couldn't have stayed in a more perfect house. The hosts really did a good job.

I came with a big group and even though my friends had extra request Debora was always very professional, friendly and helpful. She is a great host!

The walls/ ceiling were kind of falling apart. The sink in the restroom has no cold water, the shower has no consistent hot water. Watch out for bugs! Communication was great, very responsive. One of the sisters said she'd be back with milk, eggs, ham & other basics, but she didn't come back. Overall, it was okay, but definitely needs some improvements.

The home is great for family gatherings, big yard to set up table,canopy and BBQ. High fence for privacy and it keeps vehicles safe. Its a 5 minute drive to the beach.

The house was great very cozy. Also very close downtown only about 5 min away driving max. The area first threw us off, but it turned out to be a nice quiet area. We went to the tortilleria in the corner and had good tortillas lol. I would work on trying to habe more hot water other than that a good experience. Thank you!

The home was more than we could have asked for. Debora and her sisters were very helpful and friendly. This house is definitely a good spot for larger groups. We were a group of 10 and found it to fit our needs. Don't be steered away from home becauae of the one bathroom. As a large group made it work. Plus the bathroom was pretty spacious. We had a mishap with one of the windows and Debora was very kind about it. Definitely would stay again and would recommend this location to others.

There are plenty of beds, which means everyone could sleep comfortably. The house is in great condition, and there is enough spaces to fit cars in the front yard. The house is very secure with bars covering every window. The hosts are very friendly and they are just a phone call away!

It was very easy to get from the apartment down to papas & beer which is what we went for. The place was very clean and the beds are SO COMFORTABLE. I like that the parking space was gated, makes you feel more secure. Great hosts considering the fact we changed the date last minute. Would stay here again.

Our party's stay here was just fabulous! The place was much bigger than what it looks like in the pictures. It was extremely clean and well equipped with the necessary toiletries, kitchen supplies, and they even provided clean linens and blankets. You could see a great view of las Playas de Rosarito from the porch. Esteban, Bety, and Kathy were very hospitable, kind, and attentive. Bety met us up to guide us to the place and both Esteban and Kathy were very responsive within a short amount of time. Whenever I needed anything they were just a phone call away and they always answered. They even provided us with a list of trusted taxi cabs and showed us downtown Rosarito when we were following them to their place. I liked the fact that their location was gated, this made me feel at ease when leaving my car there for the weekend meanwhile we went out to Papas and Beer. For a group of four college girls who spent their first weekend in Rosarito, we felt extremely safe and comfortable at the place. I would definitely book this place again every time we come back to Papas and Beer! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for something much more than a room with two beds; Esteban's apartment offered a comfortable and safe space overall. Gracias!

Kathy's place was a great find! Communication was amazing and she met us at the Home Depot at Rosarito Norte to ensure a smooth check-in. The apt is recently renovated and has all the modern amenities. Nice back deck/porch with a wonderful cool breeze. Also, the SmartTv with Netflix came in handy! The location is a couple miles from town/beach, but it is an easy ride. It was nice to be away from the downtown hustle, but it is food and a convenience store are less than a mile away. The location of the house is a middle class Rosarito neighborhood and there is a locked gate to make sure that your car is extra safe. I felt totally safe walking my dogs around the area. Met a couple of the neighbors and they were all friendly. Kathy was also full of great recommendations and loaned us a hair dryer. She also recommended a couple of great places to eat. Definitely a good spot if you are visiting Rosarito!

Esteban, his daughter Kathy, and his wife are really nice people and were very helpful. They met up with us to find our way and followed us to the main attraction spot in Rosarito (10 min away) Also gave us a list of taxis and a phone to call them from. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making me and my guest feel right at home.

Clean and comfortable place to stay in Rosarito. You can park your car inside which is a great advantage. About 10min walking distance from papa's n beers so if you wanna come back really late at nights it's better to take a taxi or Uber

Miguel is so so sweet! The cottage is adorable and in the best location; residential enough to feel safe but close enough to walk or uber to the shops, restaurants, or nightlife. We had such a fun first time in Rosarito and can't wait to come back!

Miguel is an amazing person. I would definitely book with him again. If anything, the only issue was that there wasn't an A/C but I can't complain too bad about that.

This was a second stay here and we will be back.

My boyfriend and I planned a very last min trip to Rosarito and Christy still accommodated us! It's about a 10 min maybe even less drive down to the beach. They suggested really great local spots to eat. We were very happy with our stay. It is a cute little Villa and we do plan to return many times when we need a mini get away from the states! Christy and Dave were the most gracious hosts. Upon our arrival, Dave greeted us and showed us around our home for the night. We told him we would like to go explore and eat, and he was kind enough to drive us down to the Main Street, pointing out important places (pharmacy, car repair shop, etc.) as we drove. He dropped us off a local favorite, where we had some wonderful food! We met Christy the next morning, she was as friendly as could be. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay again if we are in Rosarito!

My family and I enjoyed the stay we all loved it. Definitely will be returning. The house is very big, very spacious way more than what I expected, very kid friendly. The house was very close to the center of Rosarito. A small store near by within less than 2 minutes walking and plenty more stores around. The razor rentals was very easy to get with the help of Levi he was very helpful, the kids had a lot fun. House very clean, very comfortable beds and plenty of restrooms. The view and the patio was very nice. House was very safe and family oriented. 100 times better than a hotel. A really fun and great place to stay. I definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Better than i expected juan was the sweetest person ever nothing like any other host he gave us the keys and told us he would be a call away for anything his house keeping lady was no where around not once did we get or felt uncomfortable the house is really safely gated and has surveillance cameras and a alarm as you enter .. papas and beer was just 5mins away uber works perfectly fine to get around foam beds showers everything was super amazing beautiful house beyond clean!!! The best!! I had an amazing weekend with my friends at this beautiful home. The house is really spacious and elegant. I was greeted by Juan Franiscos wife and was very impressed with their communication and warm welcome. Anything that i needed they would be fast to respond. I was impressed by the amenities because i walked into a home with everything needed such as bath towels, kitchen appliances, shampoo, body wash etc.I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home because of the comfort, location, hosts and of course the amazing views of Rosarito. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Fantastica House. Us had a great time.

The place was spacious and really nice. The second floor outdoor area was great for hanging out and the music system was easily heard throughout the house. It was within walking distance of the beach and the clubs although we did Uber to save a little on time- ubers to the beach were around $3. The wifi was a little slow at times but good enough for what we needed.

I can't even began to explain how amazing this experience was , everything about the house is excellent it's clean, big, and beautiful. It's in a great location about 3 mins driving to all the fun stuff, it's quiet. Me and a group of friends went out there for my brothers birthday & I didn't even want to leave . Juan greeted us with two bottles of wine for the birthday people, he's such an amazing host. We're already planning our next trip and we'll definitely be staying at that house again !!!
