House of 100 m2 on 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor the living room with its superb fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. A laundry room with toilets. On the 1st floor, a small living room, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom. On the 2nd floor, the children's corner and a charming 3rd bedroom with its private bathroom and toilet. Access to the terrace which overlooks the city rooftops. House not overlooked, very bright.It was completely renovated in 2021. Air conditioning and WIFI access.

Je loue mon propre domicile, c’est un appartement habité, qui a une âme et non aseptisé. C’est un appartement de famille, qui a une vie, avec des photos aux murs, de vrais livres dans la bibliothèque et un chat adorable. Et c’est justement un endroit de vie harmonieux où on se sent bien, car on est chez quelqu’un, une vraie arlésienne qui vous accueille avec plaisir.

You'll love my place for the photo meetings, visits to our Roman and medieval monuments, our magnificent museums or for walking in the footsteps of Van Gogh...

We are an architect couple who have completely renovated this typical Arlesian townhouse. It combines the southern spirit and contemporary design that we love. The roof terrace has a pool where you can swim while watching the Arles arena. On the ground floor, our office on the street can be used as an exhibition space or work area. The house has many old and unsafe stairs and is not suitable for young children. Welcome!

The accommodation is 32 m2 on the 1st floor (no elevator) of an old city building. Wi-Fi, Smart TV. Bath towels and bed sheets are provided. You have the option to park in the Trinquetaille district (10 min walk from the apartment, paid parking).
