Wooden house flair near Aachen

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

2 beautiful bedrooms await you. One has 1 double bed (160x200), 1 sleeping loft (140x200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130x200). The other has a large window to the garden, a 1.60 x 2.00 bed and a sleeping couch. In addition, modern kitchen, chic bathroom with windows and furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. All space is cleaned and disinfected before check-in. 5 minutes walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 minutes to the town hall/cathedral.

Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely newly renovated studio - apartment (single apartment) on 22 sqm. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. There's a big closet in the hallway. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in feel-good shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is located off the street and leads through our courtyard.

The high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment is in a beautiful Aachen suburb. The apartment is fully equipped with everything your heart desires. A fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a very cozy bed, high quality bed linen and a mirror cabinet. A smaller sweet bedroom is with cozy chic single beds and in the living room is a comfortable pull-out couch for 2! By car you are in 10min & by bus in 20min in the city! :)

The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. Here is also a small terrace that can be used. The walls inside are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is lined with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands is possible in 10-15 min. walk.

Tiny-House

All things important you‘ll find in this miniature house. We, Elke (teacher) and Michael (music journalist) live in the main house, with a view to green fields, close to a natural reserve. We love traveling to the sea, great movies and TV-series, music, food - and really enjoy making contact with nice, decent people.
