Our beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment (not a 5-star hotel) is in a quiet residential area with village charm. Within walking distance of 15 minutes from the Rhine, the local recreation area "Blaue Adria" is about 2 km away and can be reached ideally by bicycle. Directly along the Rhine are beautiful bike paths towards Speyer or Ludwigshafen and a ferry runs every 15 minutes to Mannheim (Mon-Sun 5:30 am - 10:00 pm). Approximately 300 meters away are a supermarket, bakery with café and an ice cream café.

I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

Parking at the front door. Idyllic village location with good connections to the surrounding communities. The bus stop to Mannheim, Heidelberg or Speyer is only a 5-minute walk away. Food shops, bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance.
