The "Casa vacanza di Andrea e Laura" is a spacious three-room apartment of 60 square meters, located on the first floor of a quiet building that is located near the access to the slopes of the Prel hill (5/10 minutes on foot). The apartment consists of an entrance, a living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom that sleeps three, a bathroom consisting of an anteroom plus toilet and shower, a balcony and a large terrace (about 20 square meters) overlooking the entire valley, and a covered and private parking space.

Cozy ski-in/ski-out vacation home in Artesina, directly on the slopes and with connection to Prato Nevoso. Apartment in typical mountain style, warm and functional, with a living room, equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Sleeps up to 5 thanks to a sofa bed and a cot. Panoramic balcony overlooking the snow-capped mountains. Great for families and groups. We do not provide bed/bath linens, but blankets are available for all beds. 1 covered car parking space is included.

Artemisia hut and garden - Marguareis Park

Mountain cabin at 1000 m with a large garden, patio equipped for lunch, barbecue, solarium and a hammock in the shade of a blackthorn and a cherry tree. Unlimited WiFi. From here you will enjoy the view of the Marguareis massif, the Bisalta and follow hiking, mountain biking, and skiroll trails. Two parking spots are located on the edge of the garden with access from the main road. We are at the edge of the Marguareis Natural Park, managed by the Ente Aree Protette Alpi Marittime.

In a quiet setting surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the various sounds of nature. The apartment is inside a chalet where wood is the predominant material. Large outdoor area where you will find, in addition to the table, an umbrella and deckchairs, as well as the barbecue. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Located a short walk from the town center, convenient to the start of the Mondolè Ski area.
