Unique house in the heart of a beautiful wooded garden, in the Breton countryside. Halfway between Vannes and Guérande. Very easy to access, 4 km from the Roche Bernard, small town of character and 15 km from the beaches (Pénestin, Billiers) Living space of 32m2 leading onto a terrace of 30m2 with equipped kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 9 m2 (bed of 160), 8 m2 (bed of 140) and 7 m2 with bunk beds, clearance and shower room with WC. Gas central heating and wood burning stove.

Former plastic arts workshop transformed into a holiday home, it is located in the countryside and bordering Vilaine, on the banks of the GR34. Quiet house, close to beaches, up to 10 people.

Beautiful house ideally located to sail between the Gulf of Morbihan, La Baule, La Roche Bernard and Guérande. 10 min from the beaches of Damgan, Billiers, Pénestin..., from Branféré animal park. 5 minutes from the old port of La Roche Bernard or the Arzal dam and its leisure base. Following several abuses, we remind you that we do not allow gatherings with noise disturbances. Please respect the quiet neighborhood.

Maisonnette 50 m from a small beach and a playground. Very quiet and ideal district for spending a week of rest as a couple or family. On the edge of the Vilaine river, close to the Arzal Dam, a cottage for 4 people upstairs in a charming 17th century farmhouse (second cottage for 4 people on the same site). Views of large wooded garden (4500 m2) . Indoor swimming pool access (12 x 6m) heated from April to October 15. Very sunny and very quiet. 1/4h from the beaches of the Ocean. Furnished is not wheelchair accessible
