Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment (built in 1889 - renovated in 2007) with fantastic views of Bad Gastein, bedroom with pine wood furniture and general ski room. Suitable for 2-4 persons or a family with max. 2 children. A small balcony invites you to linger for the sun rays in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Laundry room and private outdoor parking available. Public e-learning columns nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of the city with an adjacent high-altitude path.

Ruhiges Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, Kochnische und Balkon mit tollem Blick auf Bad Hofgastein und die umliegende Bergwelt. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, der Bahnhof und die Bushaltestelle befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (10 Gehminuten). Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Skilagermöglichkeit vorhanden. Ihr möchtet lieber etwas mehr Bewegungsfreiheit und eine geräumigere Küche? Best location, right in the center of Bad Hofgastein in street with no traffic, except for residents and buses. 36 m2 apartment in the heart of Bad Hofgastein with elevator. Almhütte Hausberger

100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.
