Clear instructions, keyless access. Great for a large group of guests. Great land, covered parking. A little access to the garage. Arriving to the "dry foot" pool. At the pool, more people, but perfect for relaxing after lysing. The cable car is very close, across the street, easily accessible. In case of any doubt, express communication with the host. We look forward to your next stay.

The apartment was in a great location,very nice staff. Great wellness area. The view from the balcony was a dream. Would do it again and again and was perfect for us!(Family with 2 children and 1 toddler)

We were invited to a wedding nearby and used the accommodation so that my parents could spend time with us there and take care of the dog and baby during the wedding. My parents are usually only in hotels but they were so excited about this apartment! She was particularly impressed by the garden, the cleanliness, and the beautifully renovated bathroom. They were so enthusiastic that they now want to go to a vacation apartment with us again. So, many thanks to the hostess for everything. I was rarely at the accommodation, as I helped a lot at the wedding location. But my parents always saw the hostess and she probably asked several times if everything was okay (which my parents of course found very friendly). The garden was also wonderful for our dog. Clean and very well maintained, everything was at this accommodation. Really great!

The connection to a hotel, with all the associated amenities, is already something special. If you have such good luck with the weather, you can feel really lucky 😀

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen top furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful house! The pictures don't do it justice, because it's much nicer and cosier in real-life. Awesome rooms, comfy beds, a hotel-like sauna in the basement—we really didn't wanna leave. The hosts, Monika and her husband were really lovely—always available, kind and helpful, and they really made our stay even better. As we were late coming in on our first day, we went skiing for a couple of hours in Eben (a couple of minutes by car from the house) and ended up skiing most days there (instead of Flachau, which was out intended destination). All in all, a wonderful experience and highly recommended. It extremely spacious, too—it hosted two families of 8 people in total, no problem. We are already looking forward to coming back again next year 😀

Nice quiet accommodation in a brilliant area. It is easy to do by public transportation. Due to the Berchtesgader pass, you can travel for free by public transport in the area, which is super convenient. From Berchtesgaden station, very frequent buses are within walking distance of the stay. From the house you can easily walk to the Jennerbahn and take other walks and you are also so at the Königssee to sail. We came by train from the Netherlands and did not miss our car. The house is neat and tidy with a great kitchen and bathroom. Good to know that you have to go through one bedroom to get into the other bedroom.

Nice place and great location, just a 10 minute walk to the champion shuttle. Apartment was nice, warm and had a seperate boot room, nice balcony. all kitchen amenities. would book again.

We were on our way to Italy for a few days with Arno. The accommodation is centrally located and you can walk to the city in 5 minutes. There are many wall options in the area. Check-in and check-out were unproblematic and well explained. Arno is very friendly and has taken us in despite 3 dogs.
