We are a young family and look forward to welcoming you to our cozy ground floor apartment (74 m²). We live above and therefore steps or children's noises can occasionally be heard. The apartment is very central and ideal for families with up to three children – perfect for skiing or visiting the nearby spa. Wi-Fi, smart TV, parking and kitchen basics (spices, oils, coffee) are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Local tax €3.50 per person per night; not included in the price.

Hiking and cycling trails start right at the doorstep, while lthe surrounding lakes are reachable within 15-20 minutes. The GrimmingTherme spa and local shops are only a few minutes away. Perfect base for active summer days. Day trips to Hallstatt are easily possible.

Right near the house you will find various shopping options as well as the outdoor swimming pool of Bad Mitterndorf and the Grimming thermal baths. There is a ski rental in the house, and the bus to the Tauplitz ski resort is also not far. A parking space is available to you free of charge during the stay.

You will definitely feel comfortable and cosy immediately.<br><br>

This apartment is located on the 1st floor and has 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom as well as 1 bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. A stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen utensils await in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment also offers a balcony with garden view, a washing machine by the hallway, and a flat-screen satellite TV. Note on the room layout The bathroom/toilet is accessible only via the bedroom.

Our beautiful b2 chalet apartment by rainer in the Salzkammergut is located directly in the town of Tauplitz. The small newly built complex, in which most other apartments are rented through an agency, is located a few minutes walk from the valley station of the cable car to the skiing and hiking area Tauplitzalm. Our beautiful apartment has been tastefully and modernly furnished by ourselves with a lot of love.
