Idéalement situé, à proximité: -des villages typiques (Espelette, Ainhoa... ) -de la mer( St jean de Luz, Biarritz, Anglet), du lac de St Pée. -de Bayonne( piste cyclable en bord de Nive) - thermes de Cambo les Bains - commerces et piscine à environ 5 kms. - superbes randonnées en montagne! Relax in this retreat with unobstructed views of the Rhune. This 150m2 villa with swimming pool, spa/jacuzzi Oct to May, and garden, overlooks the #8 hole of the Makila golf course, and is located 15 minutes from Biarritz and the beaches. It can accommodate 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms/toilet, an American kitchen overlooking a terrace, a beautiful living room and a veranda in continuity with magnificent views of the countryside, a terrace and 1 swimming pool out of sight.

We rent out this 40 m² studio, an independant part of our house accessible on the ground floor. It includes a living area, a sleeping area, a separate bathroom, and a private outdoor terrace. Pool access on demand from may to september. It is located in a peaceful and bucolic setting, just 8 min by car from Biarritz train station, 12 min from the beach, 15 min from Bayonne, and 35 min from San Sebastian. It's an ideal space for discovering the region. Baby crib available on request.

You will find all the necessary amenities for your comfort. The house is less than 5 minutes from buses and tram-buses, 15 minutes by car from the beaches, Biarritz and Bayonne. We are available to guests for all information about the surroundings of our beautiful region.

10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
