Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. Monuments et commerces à 2 mn à pieds. Nombreux équipements dont climatisation (dans pièce de vie). Linge de lit et serviettes fournis, ainsi que les rudiments de cuisine. Parking sous-terrain payant à 150m (voir "mon logement"), stationnement gratuit en surface à 200m. Nous habitons dans l'immeuble et serons dispos si besoin.
