Bavarian Forest Chalet Kaitersberg with sauna and garden

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Mitten in der Altstadt – und gleichzeitig ein heller, offener Rückzugsort über den Dächern. Während unten das Leben pulsiert, genießen Sie oben die loftartige Wohnung, Licht, Weite und den Blick ins Grüne. Cafes, Restaurants, Biergärten sind im direkten Umfeld. Der Bäcker ist im Haus. Donau, Promenade und Schiffsanlegestelle nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Bequem Ankommen: Flexibler Check-in, Schlüsselbox. Kurzzeitiges Halten zum Ausladen direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Frisch renoviertes Apartement, liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, ein Mix aus Space Age und Minimalismus. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). NOTE: The access to Kas Alm is via a forest path. The path is not passable with sports cars. The Kas Alm cannot be accessed by car in winter in snow (except with snow chains).
