Rural house in Biniaraix (Sóller). Cas Maridet.

PriyaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful time in Vincent’s beautiful home. Very clean and cool despite the hot weather given the fans and AC. Rooms were spacious, and kitchen was decently equipped. Vicent was very welcoming and hospitable - went the extra mile and we really appreciated it. The outdoor spaces were wonderful as well. A great place to spend a whole week!

Casa Antonia

Maria and Enrique were very kind. They gave local recommendations, had a nice side yard w fresh oranges for juice, and the house was clean. We liked that it was away from the plaza and tourists so quieter but wish we knew there was dogs and roosters early in the morning as we wanted to slew in. This is part of the culture of the area further away from the plaza though because people have yards so can see how it was an oversight. They were very responsive in the chat and it was great they had multiple bathrooms, beds, and laundry facilities. It was great for our needs to prepare for a friend’s wedding and privacy. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

We had a wonderful stay with our family/ friends . The house is beautiful and the surrounding area stunning and calm. Hidden away in the mountains in the small village . We enjoyed the house and lovely garden . Everything was perfect and Romain and Annelie were both proactive and taking care of things when needed . We highly recommend the place and the village . So peaceful and the restaurant in front the Bar Bodega was amazing with great food and very cool and relaxed atmosphere. We will be back 😊

Ca'n Stolt, renovated house in the heart of Soller

SandyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place is perfect in every way! It has a beautiful walkway and gardens as you enter with fruit trees and grape vines, shading the yard and creating privacy. We loved sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The house is newly updated with modern appliances and furniture. There is a lot of space inside with multiple sitting areas and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect as it is a few minute walk to a small local grocery store and also to the town center. The grocery store bakes fresh baguettes everyday:) The town is delightful with a lively town square graced by a beautiful church and restaurants all around. It feels like the quintessential Spanish village. We are hikers and could walk from the house to multiple hiking trails which took us higher into the mountains through olive groves and to vistas with breathtaking views. We loved hiking to other small villages and eating and shopping before returning to Soller. This was truly a dream!

What a wonderful place to spend a family week. We love this side of Mallorca and this really is in the most beautiful location. The house is super clean and spacious and the outdoor areas are all just lovely from the pool and table tennis to the outdoor kitchen. Francesc is a great host and when our plane arrived hours late he even waited up until the early hours of the morning to greet us and help us in with our bags. We appreciated the fresh local bread, butter, jam and milk on arrival too. We hope we can stay again soon!

We had a beautiful week and loved our stay in the cute town and apartment. Everything was very close-by from cafés to restaurants. The apartment itself was quiet, fully equipped with everything we needed, very clean and beautifully set up. The terracce and view over the rooftops and the mountains was definitely a highlight and we loved to sit there all day and observe the surroundings. The kitchen is cozy but has a low ceiling height – not quite comfortable for people over 1.85 m but great besides that. We parked in the narrow streets - it's definitely an advantage to drive a small car. Thank you for the nice and authentic stay!

The Abbots

CamillaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed 5 nights in the house on the hill. We loved the house and the spectacular view. Fantastic energy, tranquility, electricity from solar cells and drinking water from natural sources. Pep was a perfect host who helped us before the stay with bookings of padel and spa, he guided us during the stay and even came with a bag of freshly picked oranges. Even after the stay, he has been available to us and we are very grateful and can only give the place our best recommendations. The house was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, spices, toilet paper, trash bags, delicious towels, bed linen, etc. Pep had recommended us to rent a small car, but we had already booked a medium-sized car and it required a little skill to drive up the hill, but it went without problems.

Biniaraix Duplex

SusanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This comfortable, spacious accommodation has wonderful views in all directions. We spent most of the time on the main roof terrace which is very private and offers shade and sun. We enjoyed watching the changes of light on the mountains, listening to birdsong and croaking frogs! There are numerous walks from the doorstep and a day time cafe and a restaurant just 5 minutes up the hill. The nearest food shops are a 15 minute walk back into Soller. Although we hired a car, this really isn't necessary if you enjoy walking as the public transport in the area is good. Catalina is a very friendly host and kindly put food in the fridge for our first night. For our arrival we followed her from an agreed meeting place which made it very easy to find. Wonderful!
