There is no shortage of fun, located within an hour of Pittsburgh, Seven Springs Ski Resort, Nemacolin Resort and Casino, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water, Ohiopyle State Park, Fort Necessity National Park and Morgantown, WV.

This unique 2 bedroom unit is an ideal place for cigar smokers and music lovers. The spacious apartment is decorated with a rock n' roll theme reflecting it's reputation as a popular live music venue (shows once every 2 weeks in the summer months). To access the 2nd bedroom you must go thru the master bedroom, so it's more of a bonus room for groups comfortable sharing spaces. Its located above the famous Leaning House Fine Cigars, established in 2006. We require a profile picture of your face.

The long driveway is dirt and gravel and rough and you have to ford a small stream. You don’t need a 4 wheel drive but you do need a vehicle with clearance. Pickup or SUV recommended.

There is a free public boat launch next to the property and a public dock you can use for free as well. If you don’t want to leave your boat in the water, there is plenty of room in the field and in the private driveway.
