The room is great for a Munich-Strip - car can be parked well and the subway is very close. Of course, is far out, but that was then no matter - there is reasonably priced and has everything to stay practical.

Frank was very welcoming and the room was just like in the picture. Bathroom was way cleaner than expected. the location is yes far from the city center but for the price, it's worth it. just 5 minutes walk to the bus station and supermarkets and bakeries. the kids were there and they play around the house during the day but at night they don't make any noise. I'd strongly recommend Frank's place.

After a long day exploring Munich, it was a treat to reach Frank's home and find that it was just as lovely, clean, and peaceful as it appeared in photos. Frank clearly takes pride in his home and in hosting and it shows in all the details. He was very communicative before our arrival and very helpful. As English speaking foreigners, we were at first a little worried about taking transit from Marienplatz in Munich to his home, but the trip was actually quick (40 minutes) and pretty straightforward. (Frank and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps both help!)

I put 5 stars to Frank because I cannot put more! We had such a nice time to Frank´s place. He was very welcoming and at the same time discreet! We had very nice conversations comparing France and Germany. He also gave us many advise for our arrival in Germany and was always searching for an answer! He also made us discover a special Bavarian breakfast, which was soooo nice :)! The house is not close to the center but the advantage is that it is a calm place compared to Munich center! Moreover, you can reach the center easily. His children are very nice and calm! The bedroom is really nice and exactly the same as on the picture. The bed is very big and confortable and their is a nice balcony with a view of the garden. Frank also has a lots of plants in the house and the bedroom. We had free access the bathroom and kitchen and we always felt very confortable. Frank is really the perfect host I recommand. Thank you Frank for your hospitality!!!

The room in Margarethe's house was perfect for my short business stay at Munich Messe. It is essentially a self-standing studio with your own bathroom, a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, water boiler, and full set of plates/utensils. Margarethe provided me with everything I needed for my stay, including milk, coffee, sugar, and other goodies in the fridge. The entire place was super modern and super clean. Highly recommended!

This property is well located with respect to the "Messe" on foot approx. 10min quarter hour. There was coffee, tea, water and snacks available. I slept well! A welcoming and discreet Hostess.

My stay with Margaret was perfect. She is a very very nice and attentive hostess (eg restaurant recommendation, taxi). Everything was super clean and tidy - always fresh towels, orange juice, water, coffee, TV ... everything available. The room is generous with lots of closet space - comfortable bed. Matthias and his family were very friendly hosts. The property has everything you need. The location is ideal and the access to public transport is very good. Shopping (Rewe / Lidl) are within walking distance. Overall, I spent very pleasant days in Munich.

My stay with Matthias and his family was wonderful. Not only is the family extremely friendly, welcoming, and warm-hearted but the house and room are also very comfortable. Guests are allowed access to kitchen and have space to store groceries in the refrigerator, should they want to. During my stay here Matthias and his family made me feel at home, as if I was part of their family. After a long bus ride to Munich, the family even offered me food for dinner. When I come back to Munich in the future, I will definitely stay with this family again!

I spent 8 weeks at Vera and Matthias. You have warmly welcomed me and I could go with all matters relating to Matthias and his family. They have always tried to help me. In the house, was always something going on so it is rather not for someone who is absolute peace want. For me it was no problem and it was always taken into consideration each other, so that nobody feels disturbed. the great transport links was especially handy paired with the still relatively quiet location for me. As described in the advertisement you hear the trains, of course, but I got used to it quickly, so it was no problem myself. I would love to stay here again, it should devious me again to Munich.

Matthias's house is great, he and his family are very friendly. They made me feel very comfortable, like I was in my own house. It really felt great, and I recommend 100% this place. It is quiet, comfortable and accessible to the metro. The room was well appointed, very clean and organized.

Great location especially if you need to park your car over night. Quiet neighbourhood and the place is a short walk away from an amazing beer garden, recommended by the host. A really pleasant surprise was that every room had private bathroom. Would definitely recommend for a group stay in Munich.

The penthouse is perfectly decorated and met our expectations and needs exactly. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms were very comfortable for our family of five. Communication with the host nation and the handover were very straightforward and sympathetic. The round trip with the train to the city center take Although 20 minutes, but pose no problem and solve the parking problem in downtown. A bit further out in the suburbs than we thought, but a pretty quiet neighborhood. Close to the mall where you can go shopping if you like. We found a nice pub quite close to Sonja's place where we spent most of the evening.

We arrived at Munich during Oktoberfest. Sonja was very helpful with our stay. She provided us with subway maps and guides on places to visit while in Munich. She even bought us German pretzel to try. Her place is very clean. Our room is cozy and comfortable enough for 2 people. The place is convenient via subway and is very near a local mall. We had an excellent stay with her. Definitely recommending this place!

Sonja offers a very nice room in a safe and modern residential area with convenient parking as well as easy access to public transportation into downtown Munich. We had an enjoyable, comfortable stay at Tilman' and Caroline lovely basement flat. They were extremely helpful and friendly. It felt like home away from home. The surroundings were excellent and created a peaceful ambience. The proximity to the exhibition hall, shopping areas and public transport was excellent/convenient.

Tilman was very helpful. He taught me how to use the public transport and also provided the pamphlets. The apartment was perfect! It was clean and has everything you need. Basic cooking ingredients, toilet paper, towels, cutlery, pots and pan. The appliances were also complete (toaster, fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker). The neighborhood was serene and convenient. The apartment is next to the bus station and walking distance from the UBahn and shopping mall. much better than staying in the city. I highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is located very close to the Munich trade fair and to the metro station. If you are going to the trade fair I think it's a great option, apecially for the price, you can cook and have free wi-fi.

The apartment of Caro and Tilman is very nice, comfortable and very well designed (new 'green architecture'). The stardars of the furniture and the cleaness are very high and are to be expecially remarked. But we were particularly surprised by the kindness and attention to details of Caro and Tilman which make the guests feeling like at home: we really loved the frish products (coffee, salt and oil) at disposal and we appreciated all the tipps they gave us. The location is also very appropriate: the city centre can be easily reached. We strongly reccomend this apartment to all the guests loving high standards and warm human contacts. I had a great time staying at Lucie's home in Munich. The room was exactly what I needed. The location is nice and a little quieter as it's not directly in the city center, however you can easily get there on the metro. There's also a great shopping center around the corner with plenty of shops and places to eat.

Josée was a wonderful host. She met us at the apartment even though our arrival time was an hour earlier that we expected. The host is very friendly and not imposed on us ningina restriction. The neighborhood is great, with a supermarket right next door. It also has a metro station right at the door. The only but, is it is a bit far from downtown expensive for what it is.

Josée gave us very clear directions and was waiting for us when we arrived. We loved meeting and talking with her and learning about the flat and area surrounding it. We loved the location - couldn't be closer to the underground station, Messestadt West, which was easy to take to get to central Munich. The flat is very close to the large shopping area for groceries and restaurants. We loved the flat - very clean and modern. It worked very well for our large group (two adults and four teens!). We liked the evening breezes from the open windows on the balconies. The neighborhood was quiet in the evenings, which was nice as we slept with open windows. It was a pleasure staying here - I'd highly recommend it!

Christian is super nice host Accommodation Top! well served by bus and suburban train into the City / fast fast & good Cpd.. to achieve food & Pizzeria etc. on foot. All in all very recommendable.

We rented Nicola's home for a trade-show located at the nearby Neue Messe München. While technically a townhouse (attached home), it had plenty of room for the 6 adults we had. The area was great, felt safe, under a 5 minute walk to the trade-show, the underground station to go downtown as well as a large mall, the Riem Arcaden, which basically has everything you will need for your stay. Only issue was we couldn't connect to the WiFi during our stay, host gave some tips to try but it wouldn't work for us, but hey we were greeted with some beer on the house when we arrived, so we were happy! We would certainly stay again as Nicola was a great host and was quick with communication and answering any questions.

Everything went well with our stay. The house was nice and very close to the convention center and places to eat. What I didn't realize till we arrived, was the great system of hike and bike trails near by. It is a quaint neighborhood.

Good apartment. Everything neat clean and very well received by Thomas. There was even some fruit and cake waiting for us. Furthermore, everything works well. We have been few because we were mainly working on the exchange's (which is really close). But you can stay here just fine. The only downside is that the bed was broken in one of the bedrooms.

The house is large and well heated with all the 'needed. The photographs are truthful. It is located less than 10 minutes walk from the station with trains every 20 minutes to the center of Monaco! Thomas is very helpful.

Being only 15 minutes driving from Messe Munich, it is the ideal place to stay if you are travelling to Munich to attend an exhibition.
