Rustic-style apartment, clean and equipped with everything needed for long stays. A few hundred meters all the necessary services are available (supermarket, ATM etc.) Donato is a courteous and helpful person, attentive and present for every little need. Overall very satisfied with this stay.

Excellent base for visiting the area, Paolo's apartment was optimal for our weekend in Emilia. Located in the industrial area of Formigine, but in a true oasis of peace and greenery, the farmhouse is very old and charming, and also includes a vinegar factory. The apartment is very functional and tastefully furnished, complete with everything. Surely we will keep this in mind for future occasions !!! Highly recommended

Il Nido del Picchio, a perfect destination for those who want to immerse themselves in the true Modena countryside, despite being a stone's throw from everything.

Paolo is a very friendly and generous man of his time to allow his visitors to see his balsamic vinegar production facilities. We loved staying there.

We spent one night at Paulo's place. The reception was fantastic as was the tour of the facilities. Paolo is passionate about his production. The apartment is practically new, and very very clean. He answered very quickly for a small problem of operation of the cooker. Our expectations were however higher for lunch. We will definitely return to Paolo if the opportunity arises.

Staying at Maura is B&B at its best. Maura and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Their hospitality is incredible. The house is very stylish and luxurious. And VERY clean. I stayed there at a very hot period, so I really appreciated the AC in the room. The garden is good for relaxation. Friendly cats for keeping you company. The parking is excellent behind a motorized gate. The breakfast was 7 € and there was a lot to choose from. Really nice. Communication in other that Italien, takes a little longer, but Google Translate takes care of it. This was my second stay at Maura and I would not hesitate to return.

Very welcoming place, a wonderful house, furnished with care and love by Maura and her husband. All embellished with a wonderful welcome, I felt pampered, in a very familiar atmosphere.

My girlfriend and I were guests of Sogni d'oro ... As anticipated by the name, she rests beautifully on a comfortable bed. We were greeted by a bottle of prosecco as a wish for the new year, and delighted every morning by a good breakfast also refined in the preparation of cakes. The location is slightly outside the center but easily reachable on foot in 20 minutes or 5 minutes by car. Room with efficient private bathroom.

I had a lovely time at Eleonora’s place. You would need a car to reach the city centre but the place is peaceful and full of character. Eleonora is lovely and very helpful. The basement flat is cosy, fully equipped and well decorated. Open air swimming pool and Secchia river are walking distance.Strongly recommend!! Mi sono trovato molto bene da Eleonora. Serve la macchina per andare in centro ma a parte questo il posto e’ tranquillo e molto caratteristico. Eleonora e’ carinissima. La taverna e’ confortevole, ha tutto il necessario e molto graziosa. La piscina e il fiume Secchia sono li vicino. Decisamente consigliato!!

Our room was really lovingly decorated. The communication with the hostess is totally uncomplicated. The entrance was very hard to find. The best way to go on the driveway at number 6 on the property. There you can also park. To get into the rooms you have to climb a steep staircase. In the lower area there is a lounge with fireplace, microwave and sandwich toaster.

Maria Pia's stay, although very short, was very pleasant. We were welcomed by Andrea despite our arrival time and in the accommodation we found everything we needed but above all great tranquility. Excellent quality / price solution, closer to the city of Modena. Thank you so much again!

The room proposed by Maria Pia is really pretty, clean and surrounded by greenery and tranquility. With a small private bathroom where nothing is missing, it is perfect for stays as fast as ours. Maria Pia was really kind and her son, met by chance when he went out, gave us excellent advice on where to park and where to eat in Modena.

Stayed here to visit the Ferrari museums. Easy to drive to both museums. Easy parking on site. Tidy room with bathroom. Easy communication with host. A bit hot at night as there was no air conditioning or fan.

Beautiful apartment surrounded by nature, perfect for visiting Modena and its countryside full of villages, dairies, cellars and vinegar mills. Feared by a review that spoke of an insect infestation, we were immediately reassured by Paola and, in fact, we had no problem of this kind. Host very kind and available to advise us what to see and where to eat nearby. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in the 2nd floor, with a small balcony. Quiet, but a little bit isolated in the mountain, and needs 10 mins to drive to the main road, so a car is very necessary. The house is quite clean, but the hygiene in the kitchen area needs improving. Anyway, recomended as it is generally a good place to stay and the peice is very reasonable.

Paola is a very kind and helpful person. I was looking for a weekend of full freedom in terms of schedules and Paola was very helpful both for check in-out. The house is really beautiful and located in a strategic area, the only faint little clean in the complex.

The location is a bit out of the way, but you have good restaurants nearby and if you have a car you will have no trouble getting to local businesses. The view is beautiful. Donatos appartment is offering a lot of space and is equiped with all you need for your stay. Especially when you are traveling with more people everybody, up to 4, people can have his own sleeping area. And you always have enough space on the car parking.

My parents stayed at Francesco’s place for 2 weeks whilst visiting the area. Francesco and Emanuela were very hospitable. The townhouse is clean, and quite large, and they left many thoughtful touches (including a pandoro and champagne for Christmas!). It can be a bit tricky though if you don’t speak Italian. Living area on the ground floor with living room and kitchen (Emanuela left us some biscuits, biscuits with jam and croissants for breakfast and also 2 bottles of water and fruit juices and also 2 aperitifs !!!) night area on the first floor with very spacious room, large bathroom with shower and everything that could be available to us (towels, soap, hair dryer, even toothbrushes !!!) We found ourselves very well and will definitely be back next time we are in the area !!!

Paolo's farm is an incredibly beautiful spot right near Maranello. It was spacious and in a great location. The farm itself is gorgeous, and Paolo gave us a tour of his balsamic vinegar production. It was fascinating to learn about the traditional methods of balsamic vinegar production, and we were able to taste several different ones. His farm was a short drive to the Ferrari Museum and other attractions in the area. We greatly enjoyed talking with Paolo and learning about his history. Thank you for an amazing stay, we look forward to visiting again soon!

The stay with Rayisa was very pleasant. Perfect location for those coming by car, the center can be reached in 6-15 minutes (depends on traffic) and there is a parking lot right under the house.
