A super, clean, beautiful, two-story houseboat apartment 30 minutes by bike from Amsterdam! Great for couples who want to spend a weekend in Amsterdam. The standard, kitchen-bathroom-bedroom is simply fantastic, almost everything new. It is a quiet location that invites you to relax! Only recommendable!

We had an amazing stay at the house boat! Our hosts went above and beyond our expectations. The place was beautiful and made our stay in Amsterdam so memorable and special. I recommend their place and I hope to stay there again in the future!

The landlord can clearly introduce the use of the room. The people are very kind. The boat house is a special experience and it is worth recommending.

We felt right at home. Everything was so lovingly prepared! In German there is a special word for it: "cozy". ;-). Thank you especially for the fresh flowers, the many small treats and that the City Card was already ready for the tram! Frans and his wife are perfect hosts. We would choose this property again at any time. Also highly recommended in winter. Amsterdam was not so crowded and you could enjoy the museums in a relaxed way. Cycling on the dike right outside the front door makes you forget the proximity to the big city.

Frans's houseboat is beautiful! It is exactly as described and outstandingly clean. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple with views of the canal and small touches thay anyone would appreciate. Plus, Frans and his wife live next door and are very easy to reach if you ever need anything.

The PERFECT place to stay for your visit to Amsterdam. Amazing, stylish, comfortable, clean, cosy place. SUPERB distance from the city centre. Easy 15 min tram or 25 min walk along the canal. The street it’s on his near some amazing restaurants (staring at Jacobs was the best breakfast we had). So close to the famous Food Hallen - a viby food hall in the city. The hosts were so gracious, quick to communicate and fully supportive. Lovely little coffee machine and tea bags, with an organic supermarket downstairs. Loved the waffles you left us too. Such good value as well, considering what else is out there in Amsterdam. This place literally ticks every box, so get it booked up. You’ll love it.

Great stay. The apartment is in a very safe area and very close to trams. Dani is a great host who was very quick to reply to any of our queries.

Great location for the city and public transport. Danni was very helpful with our delayed arrival and made arrangements for us to collect the keys later than usual. Very clean and comfortable.

Lovely and cosy space with adorable pets and very cool, accomodating hosts! Its very clean and the bathroom was gorgeous. Bastiaan’s place is close to a bunch of tram and metro stations, and its about 20. It’s about 20 minutes to cycle as well so the location is not as far out as it looks. All in all, fantastic stay! We loved it.

Bastiaan is a very nice, friendly host, the place is perfect and the transport is very convenient, you can just take the train from the airport or take the tram or train to the main station. The apartment is cozy and with beautiful plants, our room is also comfortable and warm. I was also the first time in Amsterdam and there is a lot of information. for the tourists in our room. This is a wonderful home full of great vibes and awesome energy!! The space was very clean and the bed was beyond comfortable, very lovely to come back to after long days of exploring the city. Also the best shower I have probably ever used :) The hosts are both super nice and friendly and very helpful with suggestions and directions about getting around etc. The home is also in a great location, we had amazing thai food 2 min away and there are grocery stores open late nearby, plus it's extremely quick and easy to get into the city center via 3 different tram lines that stop nearby. Thank you guys so much for everything, I wish we could have stayed longer!!!

I would say this might be the best BnB experience I had since I joined in. Tota was replying efficiently, and we were communicating very well. The location is good and Tota's description and transportation tips are accurate, which I found easily! They were not there so their friend helped me check-in, which was helpful as well. The apart was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the free coffee, tea, and Netflix (which I have never expected that, thanks!). Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience for my first time being to Amsterdam. Definitely recommend the lovely place!

Jan and Toot were very prompt with responses, incredibly helpful with directions and travel info, and very hospitable. The space is clean and well-kept, the location is close to local shops/cafes, and walkable to the centre. Very friendly people; had a lovely time!

Jan and Tota's place is sparkling clean! Everything is simple, tidy and neat. Unfortunately I could not meet them during the stay as they also went travelling. They organise everything before they leave so my check in was smooth and easy.

Very good quality apartment. Very well equipped and furnished, clean and in which one feels good. It is located near the train station that comes from the airport and a tram line that goes to the city center quite quickly. There are shops not far away. The hosts are welcoming and available. In short, to recommend without hesitation.

Marloes and Gabriel's place was excellent. Gabriel met us on arrival and gave us some local tips. It was in a perfect location, approx 20 mins by metro to the city. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking to visit Amsterdam.

Great space only 15min bike ride to the city and main attractions. The free bikes helped a lot as navigating to the city by bike is very easy from here. Very clean and host provided a lot of ammenities.

Appie & Babette’s place was wonderful: clean, stylish, comfortable, well located, and quiet. They were generous since we were able to check in very early. And their generosity knew no bounds when they drove us to Schiphol airport very early on our departure day. We recommend their place without any reservations. We will be back.

We had a very pleasant stay. The Houseboat is magnificent and the tranquility exceptional. Harry and Ann put everything at our disposal to make you feel at home. Amsterdam is a beautiful city and we will definitely come back to Harry and Ann's.

The houseboat met our expectations. For the future, it would be great, at least for us, if the next time we came there was still a television available.

The Nova houseboat is a delight. We stayed early March, but the sun deck would be fab to use in nice weather. The beds are very comfortable and the living space is generous. Tea and coffee facilities and excellent cooking equipment. The bathroom was large with an efficient shower. My partner loved the bike, but I could not manage the braking system on the back wheels, unfortunately. The place was spotless and peaceful; a real pleasure to visit. We travelled mainly by tram which proved an efficient and cost effective way to travel. Thank you Nova team.

Very cute place so cozy! The kitchenette was very useful we made bfast in the AM before taking off for our day. Our host was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was so comfortable! It was our first time booking a room where we didnt have the entire place to ourselves so I was a little hesitant but we didnt even realize there were other guests there everything was so clean it was really perfect.

Our stay at Edwin was very pleasant. In the room everything is provided that you need, the breakfast is fine. In half an hour you are at Edwin in Amsterdam by public transport and you can park your car for free around the corner. Very nice experience!

This has been one of the best experiences I had with RBNB. I was impressed with kindness of the host and the extra things he did to make us feel at home. I loved the champagne, crisps, fruits and other snacks he left for us every day. The room is super cozy, tidy and has a coffee machine and a remote control bed. The highlight of the room is the bath, big enough for 2. Location is superb with a 4 minute drive to the airport by train. Can’t recommend it more! Loved it!

Edwins house was lovely and clean. He was such an amazing host. The journey from the house to Amsterdam central is fairly straightforward and not too far (but you should factor travel costs into your budget as it can add up) . Our overall experience with the home and the hosting was fantastic. We hope to visit again soon !

This listing is seriously a beautiful place to stay. The host is also extremely informative and friendly. Upon our arrival, he explained everything to us from what we can use and how to get around! I really appreciated the food he left for us to cook in the morning, especially since I had to checkout at 6am to catch a flight!

A very cozy garden cottage, perfect size for a couple or three persons (I went with my 2 grown up sons), near to Amsterdam, completely quiet and easy to commute to the city. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend it wholeheartedly. Karian is a very kind host, would stay again next time.

We had a wonderful time at Karians Cottage! It's cosy, clean and lovingly furnished and we were provided with everything one could ask for. Since we travelled with little luggage this came in pretty handy, especially regarding the bathroom (hairdryer, towels). If undisturbed sleep is a priority for you (it definitely is for me), you will love this stay as well, it is a peaceful place to sleep. Traveling to and from Amsterdam is no problem at all since it is neatly connected to the bus/train infrastructure. I would totally recommend staying at Karian's, the contact was very friendly and helpful and we will definitely come back. : )

This place is like a dream. So beautiful, charming and cozy. It made us feel so delighted with all its details and decorations making an exceptional atmosphere. Irene is such a great host. Very warming and helpful. Always available. Even though I stayed during the March 2020 virus craze that spoiled our vacations, this heavenly place helped us, at least, to have a good time for the days we stayed. Definitely this is the place to book. If you do, it will make your vacations more than memorable.

Michel was so helpful, accommodating and kind, very knowledgeable and helpful with information and tips for my stay and swiftly dealt with any issues with other guests, such as noise and when they tried to sneak an extra person in to stay overnight without permission or a booking. The apartment is spotless and so conveniently located for transport - about a three-minute walk (if that) to the 300 bus that goes directly to Schipol Airport, and to Haarlem in the opposite direction - and there is a supermarket and a bakery extremely close by too.

Lovely, lovely, lovely place and the homeowners! This wonderful couple was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The home is in a beautiful area surrounded by parks and rivers. Marco also showed me how to get to my destinations and how to use local public transit. I would definitely recommend their place.

Lovely place, a little far out from the centre of Amsterdam, but nothing that wasn't reachable by public transport. There are dogs which tend to bark quite a lot late at night, and in the morning. But its something you get used to and not really a problem. Even with what I've said I had a great time, and would happily book again if the opportunity arises

We used the stay at Marco and Edith after the day visit of Amsterdam, so we really appreciate the posibility to arrive late in night. And we have to mention the most comfortable bed, we ever tried! So if you are looking for accomodation nearby the Amsterdam, Marco and Edith are good choice.

You just have to know where to get off the airport. From the airport super easy, there are buses every 6 minutes You just have to know the right place you can ask where to get off, from there it is vill 4 min walk march. I booked Martha’s place on last minute notice to have a place to sleep before my flight the next day. She responded quickly and gave good directions on how to get to her place. It is very close to the airport, a perfect location for travelers. Martha and her husband were very hospitable and I enjoyed talking to them. The private room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and quiet - all that I could ask for!

Martha is a great host, she replies to messages very fast and her property was ideal for my early flight at Schipol because the bus stop is a short walk from the house and only 20 minutes from the airport

Patrcia is a beautiful house, very comfortable and with what a traveler may need. If you are not a smoker, it might shock you a little. Otherwise, highly recommended

Patricia is a great host! She really makes sure that her guests feel as comfortable and at home as one expects. She has 2 very playful dogs who are really nice to have around :D. Her bathrooms are clean and her bath tub is to die for ♥️. Hope to stay with her the next time I go there

I had a great stay at Patricia's. She is a very kind person, and is always willing to share travel tips and advice. She made me feel welcome and comfortable in her home right away. The only downside to staying here is location - Patricia's place is not in Amsterdam, and it takes about an hour via bus/train to get to the city. I was aware of this fact before booking and it worked out just fine for me, but if you are someone looking to stay in the city this is not the place for you. Staying here was significantly cheaper for me than staying in Amsterdam city limits, even with the cost of transportation. Patricia also provided a bus/train card for me to use during my stay which was incredibly helpful. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay and don't mind a little extra travel time to get to your destination, then I highly recommend staying with Patricia.

Peter and Jose’s place was a wonderful place to just spend the night for catching our flight the next day. We booked here because it had a kitchen where we could cook a quick breakfast before leaving in the morning for our flight, and also proximity to AMS airport. Whether to visit for a night or even a week, this is a wonderful place to stay. Many places for food or things to see are in the nearby area. Don’t trust GoogleMaps for full information on places. It can be lacking in detail. There is more around than G-Maps list.

Martha is really an excellent host, the place is very clean and the location is easily accessible from Schipol airport and Amsterdam Centraal.

Martha’s house is situated in a great location with good access to the airport and centre of amsterdam. The house is really homely, stylish and clean and Martha and her husband were both very accommodating with me arriving late and leaving early, couldnt have asked for more!

This is a charming place with a great view of a busy shopping area. We enjoyed the open air market taking place while we were there. Travel to and from the airport was very easy, and getting in and out of Amsterdam was also no problem. Mart is very responsive to messages. Comfortable, stylish place - breakfast provided.

Nice cosy place located at the heart of a shopping street. Host was nice enough to stock up cheese ham butter, bread for us. Dryer and washing machine were a plus. Lots of restaurants and shops around and about.

We found the apartment sparkling clean when we entered. Everything was in place. But best part is location of this apartment. Its right in the middle of shopping area and happening street. You can find all and everything that you need or shop just on walking distance. Very well connected to Public Transport System - Definitely a place to stay if you are visiting Amsterdam

The neighbourhood is super chill and quiet. Taking the bus to the station and then to Amsterdam is easy. Going to the apartment from the airport is easy as well because its just a bus ride and it only takes 5 mins from the bus stop to the apartment. The apartment itself is fantastic and we love the view from the window. I would highly recommend Mart’s apartment to anyone visiting the Netherlands!

Really nice studio. Although it is about an hour of travel from Amsterdam it is easy to get to with with good public transport. Whole studio has very nice modern design, sofa bed is super comfy and heated floor is a blessing with a stormy cold weather outside! It was sparkling clean as well. We loved the fact that Jose took her time to come and say hello in person and check if we don't need anything as well as thoughtful touches like a folder with tips about shops and restaurants around (and there is plenty of them, very convenient!). All in all everything was perfect. We definitely recommend and will hopefully be back in the future!

A beautiful spacious room located in an area that feels very safe! Literally a one minute walk from a supermarket and 5 minutes from a bus stop and public transport goes all the time so had no issues getting in and out of the city. Michel was very friendly and welcoming, he's very funny and personable. If I came back to Amsterdam I would stay here again!

Everything is super clean in the house, the village close to it and all the water around makes the stay very nice, even for a walk and a diiner, and the location is perfect when you have to reach the airport early and want to spend fair money on your stay.

Yetvart's place is a very cute and extraordinarily clean house on a river. The rooms are cozy, but well decorated with thoughtful touches and very clean. Everything you could need was provided for. Yetvart had great communication for the check-in process and directions. It was very convenient to take the bus or an uber back and forth to the airport. The stairs are a bit steep if you have a big suitcase, but they give the house character. I had a lovely time and would absolutely stay there again.

Very comfortable place with personal looks. Easy to reach Schiphol from there so fits well for busy traveller.

Hans was very flexible regarding our arrival time, we arrived late and waited for us for hours. Apartment very well located, well equipped.

The apartment is very beautiful and it's equipment is super. The area is modern with a lot of possibilities to go shopping or eating. Hans is very friendly and there were no communication issues.

Hans’ place was a great place to stay. The apartment was spacious and beautiful views at night. It was clean and well taken care of...a lovely home away from home. There are great transport links to get into Amsterdam central and the apartment is one stop away from the airport. Hans was great at communicating and we had no issues. Just downstairs from the apartment there are various restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The location is perfect, central and relatively easy to get to get around. View from the apartment is perfect. Loved the stay and would always stay at Han's place whenever there is availability.

Hans was an amazing host. He was very accomodating and very quick in communication. Spacious modern apartment with a nice view in the town of Hoofddrop. It's the very next stop from the Schiphol airport by train. The place was clean and had amenitites to feel like home during my stay. It's surrounded by a shopping plaza and restaurants for convinence. The bus stop was only 2 min walk and 15 mins for the train station. Quiet, safe and nice neighborhood and close enough to Amsterdam.

Great little place. With a cool history to the building. Wish we had the chance to explore the area more but we only had a short time in Holland. Would go back to tiny house for sure!

The place was great! It was small but had everything needed aside from not having much of a kitchen (which isn’t a big deal as there are many places to eat nearby). It was nice and central to a lot of great places including Grote Markt which had many pubs and stores! Inge was very kind and was quick to respond when I had any questions! This place is highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and explore Holland!

We spent one night in this apartment, with the magnificent view! The terrace is directly on the roofs, and is full of sun in the morning. The apartment is also very well located (15min walk from the center and 5 / 7min by bike). Inge was more than perfect to welcome us, staying in touch at every step and very responsive and very accommodating. Thanks to her !!

Perfect stay in this adorable little house, very clean, well equipped with an original and warm decoration. Free parking on the street and very convenient location of the accommodation. The big plus is the hospitality of Elke, who wanted to welcome us on our arrival, with many attentions in the accommodation (typical cookies, flowers, little note) and finally, Elke speaks many languages including French. This is a wonderful place located very close to many beautiful places that you must visit. As for me, Elke provided full guide of how to get to the house, what to visit, where to eat etc. The house was the coziest place for guests, sparkly clean, furnished with a bouquet of flowers. Elke is a great host who was always in touch helping with every problem. I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit Netherlands!

We had a lovely stay at Elkes and Willems garden house. Everything was nice and clean and also a cozy interior.

We had some nice days in Heemstede. The accommodation was perfect for us and was very clean. By bus to Haarlem it may take 15 minutes ... and from Haarlem by train about 20 minutes ... So perfect for a city trip to Amsterdam oh zandvoort we went by bike (about 40 minutes) We can recommend the accommodation :-) Many thanks to Elke and Willem :-)

In the cottage in the back garden you will find everything you need. It is fully furnished and with fresh fruit, drinks, candies and flowers, Elke makes you feel really welcome. Above the small living room is a spacious bedroom with a wonderful bed. The bikes are not great (especially the gears), but they are enough to cycle to Haarlem or the beach.

Comfy, cute, homey, and well appointed. Elke was a great host and we would absolutely stay here again. We didn’t have a chance to use the bikes but we were glad for the option!

The place was perfectly clean and organized. Mr Khalid was very nice to me and took me to the airport just on time. I recommend this place if you have to leave to the airport or arrive from the airport as well. I very much enjoyed my stay!

Khalid’s home is beautiful! Cozy, clean, and fully equipped. He left water, fruits, bread, etc. in the kitchen area which was really thoughtful. His hospitality was one of the best I’ve experience through Airbnb. He was so willing to take us anywhere we needed to go. The home is about 15 minutes from the local train station and from there you can take a train into Amsterdam central. You should definitely come stay with Khalid if you are looking for a place in Amsterdam! 10/10👏🏿

Khalid was welcoming and gave us helpful tips in terms of travelling around Amsterdam central. Great place to stay in, even provides breakfast and also cleaned the place when we were out.

Located near the airport, with Uber it costs 20€ to reach the airport. From Amsterdam Centraal easy to go too with train and Uber. Full furnished flat with a very comfortable and large bed and everything you need (washing machine, fridge, even an other bed if you are 3 people). Breakfast is also included and good (fruits, toasts, jam, cereals, juice, coffee, eggs, cheese). The host is very helpful and responds quickly. I recommand this place for sure :)
