We enjoyed our stay in Lelystad. The apartment was clean. Eef has warmly welcomed us and made sure we lack nothing. The only drawback would be the distance between Lelystad and Amsterdam, but this is 45 min approximatively by train. We totally recommend this place!

Eef was such a pleasant host! We arrived much later than the original schedule due to some train problems, which kept us waiting in the cold for close to 2 hours, and she took the trouble to come pick us up from the nearest station by car. The room was equipped with all the basic needs we had and pretty comfortable. Close from a small shopping center with a supermarket, beautiful canal, and the bust stop is a few minute walk away.

It is a small cozy room for a fair price. Not luxurious but You can find here everything You need for your stay.Hostess Evelina was very welcoming and friendly. She lives next door and always ready to help with any questions. The location is very quiet near a channel and a forest. About 5 min by walk from the house there is a supermarket. Generally it was a wonderful experience in the The Netherlands and special thanks to Evelina for making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Esther's place! Upon arrival we were surprised by a fridge filled with wine, butter, eggs, milk etc. Esther and her husband were really kind, always happy to help and borrowed us their bikes. This is the PERFECT place to get away from daily stress and to enjoy the nature. We will definitively come back and can only recommend staying there!

We had an amazing stay at Esthers and her husband’s place. We felt from the arrival welcome and comfortable. The area they life is very calm and beautiful. If you search for a great place to relax you are totally right there. Although the place is very calm you can arrive at the Lelystand centre during a few minutes by car or by bike. Esther and her husband are so friendly and helpful. They made our trip unforgettable. We want to publish a recommendation: In the apartment, you will find some English books. One of the called “Past the Gate”. If you have some time we recommend reading this book. Thank you for the great stay!

We decided to come here over the weekend just the evening before and communication with Esther was lovely and easy right away. Esther showed us around and it felt like home from the first minute. The Green Room ist exactly as shown on the pictures and has lovely details and a very relaxed vibe to it. The fridge was filled with some stuff and Esther and her lovely husband Ruud helped us whenever it was needed. We could use the bikes for free and stay as long as we liked on our last day. The neighbourhood is nice and peaceful, a supermarket is nearby. We would definitely come back for a longer stay and recommend The Green Room to everyone.

We been the Nethelands three times now. This was our most relaxing Trip to the Netherlands. Esther and Rud welcomed us like we already Know us. (They are nice and friendly people, they helped us anytime). The Room and the terrace where super clean and we had everything that we needed and more. There was so much decoration details in the Room, we can Not think of a better interrior. The nature Pool in the front of the terrace is so beautiful and it´s amazing to wake up with the Sun and the Pool. The bikes where included and we enjoed our bike tours around Lelystad. It tooks only 15 min to get to the train Station where you can get anywhere with a direct train to Amsterdam, Den Haag or Rotterdam and it tooks 15 min to the habour of lelystad. We just can recommend this apparment, you will love it.

The room was beautiful, well equipped and decorated with lots of attention to detail. The area is calm and beautiful and especially when travelling by car, many places can be visited easily. Esther gave us lots of recommendations of where to go and eat. Most importantly though, Esther and Ruud were the most welcoming hosts! We couldn't have asked for nicer people to stay with and we are still in awe of how lovely they are :). We would highly recommended a stay at their place. Thank you so much for a great time!

This place is amazing, the best airbnb I´ve stayed at, no doubt. Can´t put into words how nice the studio and property was but the best thing was Esther and her husband, so nice and welcoming. This is the second time I have stayed here and it is really a great place to stay. Very quiet area, Corine is a great host and is happy to give her guests space to relax. Breakfast is always great and she is very accomodating and has it ready for whatever time you request. I would really recommend this to anyone in the area. This private little place, that seems like a summer home is located in a quiet neighbourhood and has a nice garden next to it. Corine is very eager to assist in any of the topics that travellers may be interested in and even made us wonderful breakfast in the garden as the weather allowed it.

Gea and her husband are really friendly and helpful in every respect. She picked me up in Lelistad Centraam and showed great patience. Their house is so amazing surrounded by a beautiful garden. And I really had a great sleep during my stay there. I strongly recommend everyone staying in that area to choose Gea's place. BTW, her cat is really cute! Very quiet location and great hosts.

Great room in a quiet and secluded location. Perfect place to relax and and enjoy your stay - walking distance to public transport which will take you to the centre of the town. Gea is a wonderful host who answered all our questions and provided us with everything we needed - breakfast was extremely good!

Gea's home is very beautiful and in a very scenic location. Grote teleurstelling, gereserveerd en na het zien meteen gecancelled. Kostte ons 1 nacht. Slaapgelegenheid alleen met steile ladder te bereiken. Soort chemisch toilet waar je de poep moet doorstarten. Zeer eenvoudig meubilair verwaarloosde bank, geen douche ( 50 'm verder op) dus lekker door de regen en dan douchen. Alleen houtkachel geen centrale verw. Geen ontbijt. Gewoon. Zeer slecht het voor het geld.

We hebben her verblijf als zeer aangenaam ervaren. Her huisje is bescheiden en knus. De ruin is prachtig en rustig. De kachel en sauna waren super.

De omgeving van het huisje is heel mooi. Pak de fiets en trek er op uit. Het huis is niet luxe, maar heel knus. Handig om te weten.

Communication with Frances went extremely well. She was flexible regarding my late arrival and her husband gave me a warm welcome. They made some space available in their garage in order for me to park my motor bike. The complete first floor was available for me including bathroom. The bedroom had TV and wifi, all in perfect condition. After a good night of sleep I received my breakfast. The table was full of good stuff. It was impossible to eat everything ;-) Anyway: I was very satisfied and next time would book the B&B again without any hesitation. Frances and Henk are beautifull people, try them!

Frances is the sweetest host I have met. She was such a dear and assisted our check-in smoothly. The house is literally a home to us, was new, bright, spacious and spotless clean. Even the sheets, towel and everything smells incredibly fresh. My mum felt in love to it immediately just by seeing the house and car porch. We slept soundless during the one night and wish we could have stay longer! Not to mentioned also the mini kitchen which we could prepared light breakfast. Definitely recommended !!

I spent one night at this wonderful B&B during June 2014 and I would have loved to stay much longer! Frances was a wonderful hostess; she made me feel so welcome. We spend a nice time at Ans' place. It's the perfect quiet "home sweet home" after the day in busy Amsterdam! The house is cosy and comfy with a garden. The view from the windows over the pound is very pleasant! The house is located in a green area. It's perfect for a family with 2 children. Ans made everything so that we would feel at home. We just loved the tower! The whole property is amazing: everything is so natural and genuine - lots of apple trees and even a small pond with fish - perfect to relax. The tower itself is roomy, cozy and very neat. We did not need any time to settle in, we were just instantly able to relax. The host Ans was very friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. She gave us a hearty welcome and the fridge was already filled with some Food and freshly squeezed orange juice. The area is quiet and beautiful but it doesnt take too long to get to Ijsselmeer und Markermeer or to Enkhuizen. To sum it all up: amazing - we will definitely come back!

The tower itself was like a dream come true, a perfect place for relaxing. Ans and her husband are such nice people, also their german was very good and they made sure, that we had everything we need. They even put fresh orange juice and other nice treats in the fridge.

Both Ans and Bas are very welcoming and the tower is just as wonderful as the pictures show. The place is very clean and cozy, perfect if you want a quiet getaway. And has prepared lots of welcoming food and fruits and they are perfect as breakfast. The tower has all the basic cooking tools and coffee machine so you can do simple cooking. It's located in a very quiet neighbourhood with lots of greens around. Only 25mins drive to The Urk and Oostvaardersplassen. Highly recommend the stay with Ans's place!

My four day trip ro Amsterdam was wonderful, educational, and a lot of fun. One of the best parts was staying with Brigitte and her husband, the wonderful Dutch breakfasts, and their hospitality. I was so pleased to share time with them as they are an educated and intellectual couple. Their location is ways from the city Amsterdam, but on the train ride it was pleasant to see some of the beautiful Dutch countryside. I highly recommend this stay!

It was a very nice stay with nice host. The place was comfortable and clean. Brigitte was very helpful and caring. The only thing to watch out for is that she rents more than one room in the house, so if there are many guests in the house, the bathroom is shared between all, so it can get busy. We spend 4 nights in Brigitte's home, a typical dutch house with brick walls. No problem to park the car. The bedroom is at the 1st floor, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom and toilets inside are shared with another guest bedroom. We had typically duch breakfasts in the lunchroom at the time we choiced, often with Brigitte and his husband. It was the opportunity for us to discuss with them about the country, very interresting ! We'll have a very good memory of this stay and recommand it !

Breakfast is so good and bountiful, which as said could be a beautiful beginning of a day. Elisabeth is such a fantastic host from picking us up at the lelystad centraal station to giving us many leaflets, tips and maps on where to explore lelystad and amsterdam! Her attic was very cosy and lovely to stay in to the point i was thinking of staying there forever. The house is walkable (around 15 mins) to the lelystad centraal station and the neighbourhood itself is very serenw and peaceful. Overall, definitely a 5/5 stay at Elisabeth's house! :) P/S: the chocolate muffins wwre so delicious!!!

Beautiful place and neighborhood. Close to a river (if you like to go for a run) and supermarket (Lidl). The house is big and the garden looks absolutely gorgeous with the cherry tree in spring. There's enough space for 3 cars to park in front of the house and parking is also allowed at no extra cost in the street. Dik's accomodation is by far the best in all our trip, the house is massive, with very good materials, garden, backyard and in a very quiet neighborough, we really enjoy here, a perfect choice if you travel in your own car, Amsterdam it's only 30 minutes by car. Recommended

When we arrived Adrie greeted us and showed us the room, it was very nice and clean, with lots and lots of extra stuff like a mini-fridge full with drinks and facilities to cook or brew a coffee or tea. The room was a bit small, but very nicely ordered and it was giving a very cozy feeling. The whole house is a real piece of art that catches the eye. The neighborhood was very quiet. We used the option to have breakfast ready and served for us. The breakfasts were real feasts every morning. If you're going to Lelystad, then I definitely recommend Adrie's place to you!

The room was big and clean. There was everything you could wish, coffee, tea, towels, an oven... The breakfast was delicious and Adrie was very nice and helpful

The house is outwith Lelystad town centre in a residential area but the room itself is comfortable enough and self contained with its own toilet/shower room, kitchen facility, mini-bar and roof terrace. Adrie is very welcoming and will provide a warm breakfast, if required, for a small extra charge - we made lunchtime sandwiches from surplus! - all in all, a pleasant stopover.

Room was big and clean. Good connection to the city center. Everything I needed was there, nothing to complain about. Recommended!

Adrie is bijzonder aardig en gastvrij. Vooraf duidelijke informatie over de te nemen bus. Ze besteedt veel aandacht aan leuke details zoals matchende handdoeken en kussentjes. De ruimten zelf zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamer heeft een eigen keuken. Er zijn dvd.s en spellen. Thee, snoepjes, koffie chocolademelk en fruit ligt klaar. In de badkamer liggen nieuwe tandenborstels, flos, tandpasta, en nog veel meer andere toiletartikelen. De bedden zijn comfortabel, voldoende dekens en kussens en voor mij erf belangrijk: geen enkel storend geluid in de nacht.

Binnen één dag een slaapplek geregeld. Ik had met spoed een onderkomen nodig en zou pas laat in de avond aankomen, maar dit was geen probleem. Erg prettig dat het zo snel geregeld kon worden en het verhuurde deel (2e etage in een woonhuis, geen flat o.i.d.) was in goede en schone staat. Als ik weer in de regio Lelystad moet overnachten, kom ik zeker terug.

It's cleaned and decorated place where you can get a relax with a nice people. This place has a big garden with privacy. Highly recommended.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience we have ever had, 5 stars all the way! The bungalow is spotless clean, beautifully designed, with a big terrace and facing an amazing private garden - you actually get to wake up in the morning with the best view. We chilled in the hammocks, did BBQs, socked in the sun and enjoyed the authentic outdoor shower! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The hosts are super cool and helpful, we had the BEST time. Will definitely return and keep this place in our list of top favorite places.

It was a sanctuary! What a beautiful place set in the most tranquil of surroundings! All you could see (and hear) from your bed were beautiful trees. The extremely large studio was simple yet cosy, with lots of little personal touches. The hosts were fantastic- very friendly but also discreet- we couldn't have wished for more! Communication was prompt and easy. A great location if you want to visit Amsterdam without living in town, sail on the Ijselmeer or make the most of the discount brand shopping centre. We went with small children and found plenty of entertainment (swimming pool, soft play, outdoor ad adventure. We will definitely return!

Studio Blauw is a lovely place. The studio is very stylish with much attention to detail and features everything you need - nice shower, floor heating, W-Lan... The surrounding garden is beautiful! Jellien and her partner are very nice and helpful. Lelystad is a nice starting point to visit different places in the Netherlands and I'd recommend staying there. We'd come back any time!

The studio is exactly as described and you are missing nothing in there. We loved the nice garden and to spent time in the hammock. Jellien is a super friendly host and we felt welcome right from the begging. Wonderful place - surely one of its kind - to take some time off out of the city trouble. Der Wohnraum ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet alles was man braucht. Mit einer guten Musikanlage, unterschiedlichen Lichtern und einer schönen Dekoration kommt schnell ein gemütliches Feeling auf. Die Einbauküche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos kochen kann. Die Krönung des Ganzen ist der wundervoll gestaltete Garten, welcher keine Wünsche offenlässt. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Fijne ruime studio met een leuke sfeer. Met de muziekinstallatie en de discobal kun je je er savonds prima vermaken. De openslaande deuren naar de grote tuin is een plus. Lekkere rustige omgeving in een laan met vrijstaande huizen met grote erven. Vriendelijk contact met de verhuurder.

Wir haben drei Tage in dieser Oase verbracht und es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Aber eigentlich handelt es sich um ein gemütliches Holz-Häuschen mit Loft-Charakter. Neben der Wohnung ist aber der riesige Garten das Highlight, der exklusiv von uns genutzt werden konnte und direkt über die Terrasse der Wohnung betreten wird. Es stehen Hängematten zur Verfügung, viele kleine gemütliche Ecken mit Sitzgelegenheiten, die im traumhaften Garten versteckt sind. Jellien und ihr Mann waren sehr nett und haben uns viele Tipps für Spaziergänge und Restaurants gegeben. Auch mit den Checkin-Zeiten waren sie sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. Einfach perfekt um mal ein Wochenende auszuspannen - wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen

Wonderful house and great view. The family treated us very well and we could perform on our competition without any problem. Jeanine was super easy to talk to and she was very nice and helpful. The bed was awesome! So comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality setting of our stylish accommodation at this location at Lelystad, Netherlands. The details ‎which Jeanine and Rutgar have put in the design and furnishing of their airbnb space speaks to how much they put the visitors' comfort first, from the fully stacked coffee/tea bags, plush fluffy towels to the most comfortable bed mattress ever, and amazing hand made art work.‎ Absolutely comfort . Jeanine & her husband were gracious & interesting hosts. It was kind of them to drive us to the train station more than a few times.‎ We'd highly recommend this location to any travelers looking for a quiet quality overnight close enough to busy Amsterdam downtown. Jeanine's place is a great place to stay. We stayed for just one night and enjoyed her (and her husbands) hospitality. Nice and clean and a lovely spot in a an environment surrounded by nature. The place was exactly as described. While sitting next to the water in the morning a beaver just passed us in te water which is at at the end of the garden. Highly recommend, Jeanine, thanks!

Everything was as descibed. The accommodation was lovely and we liked it very much. Jeanine and Ruttwijk were very kind and helpful. We had our bikes with us and made joyful trips during our 3 days of stay.

Very good and friendly landlord, show us around Lelystad and picked us up in the centre station for free, which is very thankful .
